My cat came to check on me, I was so upset.

Also, I fucking called it. My friend said it was "just a theory" but I was right.

I am fucking emotionally drained. But any story that can make me this sad and angry must be good.
Beautiful art as always. The next few volumes are going to be amazing. I hope we're gearing up for a fucking epic series finale. Because I can't take much more.

I don’t think any manga has brought me so close to tears. This is the most heartbreaking thing that I have ever seen. I can’t handle this. And then, to be hit by a truck from the most shocking plot twist that I have ever read. I can’t handle all these emotions.

This is the 26th volume in the Black Butler series and it was a fairly emotional and startling one with some huge twists. I enjoyed it a lot and remain a huge fan of this series.
The book plunges us right into the action with the death of a major character….sadness. Meanwhile some of the side characters are still recovering from the music hall incident. When Ciel finally gets home after making sure Samos has the care he needs (he’s recovering from an mysterious attack), there is a huge surprise waiting both for Ciel and the readers.
This is an excellent installment in this series with some huge new twists and turns. Beautifully illustrated as usual! Of all the mangas I have read, this is one of the most beautifully illustrated ones and I love the characters and complex plots.
Overall this was an amazing installment in the Black Butler series that had me dying to read the next book in the series. I highly recommend this whole manga series, it’s just so well done.

هزاران اشاره کوچیک و تمام سیری که داستان طی کرد برای رسیدن به این نقطه بود.
ضربههای پیاپی مرگ تایید شده اگنی و بعد برگشت ارل حقیقی اشوب کامل رو بهمون هدیه داد. و بعد یه عالمه بک استوری که واقعا لذتبخشه.
چقدر بیرحم بودن همه بهخصوص وینسنت با این بندهخدا.

The best duo is now a solo 😟 Rip Agni you were one of my favorites 😭🙏. I hope Soma gets to avenge Agni any way at all.
Ciel having a twin brother is so 🤯 I can’t believe I didn’t really catch the hints but the Blue Cult Arc is one of the heaviest ones.
This was really epic but sad.

At this point it reads like a soap opera. Yknow when you've been following a series for so long and then you realize it's actually really bad? And you can't stop now cause you've already put so much time into it? Yeah.

A masterclass. With each (re)read, I am reminded why I love this series so much. And even though I already knew what was going to happen in this volume, it still hit me hard and sent shivers down my spine. For those wondering, this is exactly the volume where the biggest plot twist is dropped, and it literally makes you question everything you know. Splendid, that's how I would sum it up.

My heart hurts.... my soul left my body.... this volume was the most emotionally packed of the whole series.... By the first chapter you get your heart shattered without mercy and afterwards you have the main revelation ( which because of tumblr I was kinda spoiled about but again ... I was screaming).
oh darn... I need to praise the art again, that combination with the story itself made it even more compulsive. Toboso-san you talented creature ...

Holy fuck we went dark. I didn't even LIKE that character but jesus christ that was so brutal and sad.😭 The absolute death grip on the doorknob to where Sebastian had to rip it out of the door like okay I need a minute.
Insane revelations and I can't decide if this is genius or so dramatic it's like a damn soap opera. You know a twist is wild when even the demon butler was going 👁️👄👁️ at it.
Truly the signs WERE there and in hindsight I feel really fucking dumb for not seeing it lmao.
We get a trip down memory lane into Ciel's childhood and aww he's such a cute little baby.🥺 Rip his cute happy life before everything went to shit.
I can't tell if the chapters are shorter or if I am just zooming because I want to be done with this series already lol. Volume 26, it's starting to feel like a hostage situation.
I feel like because they have way more than five chapters in a volume now, shorter chapters has to be the case. Frankly this entire volume felt soo short to me idk. Like we learned so much so quickly but then also didn't learn anything at the same time.

¡¡Agni!! ¡Nooooooooooooo! Me ha roto el corazón de mil formas, no me lo he creido hasta que he visto al shinigami ir a recoger su alma, es la primera vez que no me alegro de ver a Grell.
Por otra parte, me ha costado coger lo de "el hermano gemelo con el que el espectador no contaba". ¿Lo bueno? El resto de personajes saben que existe, o sea, no se lo ha sacado totalmente de la manga. ¿Lo malo? Que a nadie se le ha ocurrido puto mencionar al otro crío, ni ha salido en fotos ni leches. ¿Lo bueno? Que "Ciel" tomando su lugar puede explicar por qué algunos personajes dicen que el conde reapareció tras el incendio con una personalidad totalmente distinta, acompañado de aquel extraño mayordomo. ¿Lo malo? Que tengo que coger todo esto con pinzas. ¿EN SERIO NO HA SURGIDO EL TEMA DEL HERMANO EN TODO ESTE TIEMPO? Siempre hablaban de uno, y había personajes que conocían al hermano.
No sé, es como que no me lo trago y a la vez sí :/
En fin, espero que el manga no comience a decaer porque la saga de la bruja verde la empecé con el mismo miedo y al final pegó subidón, pero esto... ufff... dificil.

This one was actually crazy. The next few volumes are going to be super intense. Super excited that the plot is picking up again after the drag in this last story arc.
