Empathy in Managing Challenging Behaviour

Rate this book
Hi There

My name is Sam. Firstly thank you for stopping by to have a look at this book. It is written for anyone who is having trouble managing challenging behaviour but looking at a different way in managing it.

Empathy.

Before anyone will listen to us they need to be assured that they have their full attention. Emotionally connected and have sensory connection. Empathy is how we do this. From new born babies and their mothers cooing and babbling together, a teacher and their students, a leader and their team or healthcare staff and their patients.

In the book we explore how we find this ability to empathise and connect. We look at what behaviour could be communicating. We look at 9 skills we can develop to master this art and challenge difficult behaviour differently both proactively and if needed reactively.
