I Will Always Find You

I Will
Cammie Saint isn’t a victim. Sure, she’s had a string of bad luck, the apartment break in then the attack in the parking lot. Sometimes life hands you lemons. Why is everyone so interested in her case? Even the new neighbor is sniffing around for clues. There are things she wants from the neighborhood Officer Hottie, but an interrogation wasn’t what she was thinking of.

Always
That’s Special Agent Vaughn, DEA. Of all the places he thought he’d be, Kansas City wasn’t one of them. Chasing Jefe for the last seven years had expelled the last bit of tolerance he had for chasing down bad guys. To say he was ready to put this case to bed would be like calling World War 2 a minor disagreement amongst countries. Jefe had taken too much from him. Time, and other things he didn’t want to get into. He just needed to keep his eyes on the ball and definitely NOT on his new neighbor with an ass for days and a sad story.

Find You
Why is the Jefe cartel in Kansas City? A Colombian drug ring in Anywhere, USA? While Agent Vaughn searches for answers, Cammie finds herself thrown into a world she never expected. How will secrets from her past, compromise her future? What happens when someone who never wanted to be found, is discovered?

I Will Always Find You is part one of a two-part series. Fair warning, it ends on a cliffhanger.

Most of these are always written in third person, as if the author isn't the one actually writing them. So, I'm going to be a rule-breaker and write it in first person instead. I'm a native Chicagoan, vegetarian, and lover of big words. I randomly burst out into song, and have been known to carry on entire conversations (with those worthy of the challenge) in song lyrics. The same can also be said for movie quotes. I'm quirky, sarcastic, I've been told at times I can be a bit esoteric, but overall I'd rather be dancing in the rain than waiting for the storm to pass.

And I LOVE connecting with people- so go on, hit the "friend" button. :)

I love when a new-to-me author can capture my attention quickly with their writing. Willow Sanders set the stage for the face-off to come between the feds and the cartel. I expected a lot more suspense to be involved, but maybe that will follow in the next book.

Cammie Saint is just a regular girl working at a job full of perks and living an ordinary life. After moving from place to place as a little girl, she's finally putting down roots. She doesn't have many friends and she has no family. So why was she attacked?

Agent Benjamin Vaughn has been hunting down Jefe for seven years. Radio chatter leads him to Kansas City and moving in right next door to a recent vicious assault victim. There's just something about Cammie that spoke to him, making him act out of character, wanting to protect her and ravish her at the same time. What does Cammie have to do with his case?

The writing wasn't as fluid as I would have liked, but it was easy to be entertained by this story. I found myself putting the clues together myself, wondering when everyone else would catch on. With the way everything unfolded and with the shock at the end, I'm looking forward to how this story will conclude in Found.

I Will Always Find You by Willow Sanders is was such a good read. I anticipated a lot more suspense than there was but that didn't stop me from reading, although now that the book is over we have SO SO many questions about will happen next. So many whys, that if I can't even tell you, because hello spoilers!

The story was told in both Cammie and Vaughn's points of view which I loved, because Cammie has obviously lived through things and her mind has repressed it, or she is in some serious and denial and has admitted things aloud or in her head, because there is something going on that we don't know about! I am dying to know why Jefe is trying to find Cammie, because it's obvious from the beginning that something is happening and right up until the end we still don't know.

Vaughn, a DEA agent has been working for years to capture and put away Jefe and a few things were hinted at I feel like there are some shady people in one of the agencies or someone is trying to get him away from crucial information. I will be diving into the second book in this series ASAP. I can't continue to live my life with all of these questions left unanswered!

I Will Always Find You is the first book in the Jefe Cartel series and I can't wait to see where things go from here!

It's not a bad story at all but not exactly my cuppa tea. I did however find that it was extremely easy to be entertained with this book. I liked the character of Agent Vaughn who is on the hunt for a notorious cartel leader. He doesn’t have the time for entanglements and Cammie was indeed an entanglement. The story was told from both Cammie's and Agent Vaughn's point of view which worked very well but it was just too much on the romance side for me but well worth 3 stars.

Starting a new book can be scary because we can't predict if we will enjoy it or not. And when it's a first time Author that might be even more scary. I had known a few authors and the need to know more simply overcome all my doubts.
I had seen the blurb and that spiked my curiosity so the only thought I had was to read it fast.
Willow Sanders is a new author to me and her words made me a fan. Her writing is simple yet powerful, very detailed and super engaging.
I Will Always Find You is her latest release and tells the stories of Camille and Vaughn.
Camille is a sweet woman, always eager to help, sweet and kind hearted. She doesn't expects bad stuff from anyone but one day her apartment is broken and she's attacked. When she ends up at the hospital she can't stop thinking...
Vaughn is the DEA in charge for Camille's case. He's determined, focused on doing his job the best he can. When his neighbor is assaulted he will do whatever it takes to help her.
Oh boy... What a book...
The plot is very well written, super engaging and surrounded by mystery. The way this book is told will keep us on our toes. Every info we get will make us into this book even more.
This book presented us with crime, drama, madness, as well as friendship, love, desire and sexiness.
Reading this book was wild and I'm so mad... Where is the next one? Despite reading the blurb and the warning I thought it wasn't that bad but I was wrong...I want more asap.
Jesus Willow you're wicked... I was loving this book so much and then bamm it was over... No good woman... No good. Lol
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

You have got to be kidding me, when the going gets good and we make some serious headway... it ends. A teaser of book two and I’m feeling stabby.

This is a slow burner, Willow Sanders ensures that you have all the information you need to understand the characters in their present lives, what makes them tick, their thoughts and feelings. No stone is left unturned, I felt I knew these characters on a deeper level, all bar their pasts. No misinterpretations just straight up to the point characters.

This story has so much going for it, book two couldn’t come fast enough. The story surrounding Cammie is so intriguing, her past while sketchy has such a major role to play and as the plot thickens you’re left with even more questions. The romance building between her and Vaughn (Benjamin) straddles the line between a charge he cares for and a normal girl he fancies and with the way this book ends we are left clueless as to the state of play these two may take.

So much confusion, amnesia, love and loneliness... I absolutely cannot wait for book two.

What an unexpectedly delightful read. This is the first time I have read a book by author Willow Sanders, and be sure I will be looking for her other books in the future. Can I also just say I love this cover? Cover love is a thing...really :)

This book has a lot of the elements I enjoy in a good read (and it is mixed together well): romance, a strong heroine, mystery, and suspense. I also love love enforcement/police procedurals so this was definitely my jam.

This is the story of Camille (Cammie) Saint and her neighbor DEA agent Vaughn who is chasing down a big time baddie Jefe. The story is told in dual POV, which is always a plus, as we can get inside the heads of both the hero and heroine.

The writing and editing is well-done. The plot is well-paced which made for a very fun, very engaging read. I am super excited to pick up Book #2 when available.

**Thank you to Netgalley & the author for an e-arc of this book in exchange for an honest review**

(4.5 Stars) It’s 3:15 in the morning and I’ve just finished this fantastic book! Is it too late to start the second one considering the fact I have to get up at 7 for work in the morning?

But in all seriousness, this book is so good. I love Cammie and Ben so much as a couple! This book combines my love of police procedurals and romance novels so well. It was a perfect balance.

I cannot say enough how much everyone needs to pick up this wonderful book now!

Tbh, I found the way of writing kind of weird, especially when it was his point of view... it seemed to be lost or as if he was confused despite having a clear agenda.

Thoughts:
I quickly fell in love with the main character Camille. She is a quiet, independent woman with solid values. Her main priority was to create a stable and secure life. Something she could be proud of, having a good job, home of her own were important to her. None of which is surprising considering her childhood involved a pattern of constant movement with new cities and new schools every couple of years. Aside from her single mother, who worked two jobs to keep a roof over their heads, they had no roots or family for support. Cammie’s transient life style made it difficult to make and keep friendships. She was a loner in the world. This status becomes all the more real with the sudden death of her mother.
Camille is hit with misfortune, first the break in where everything she owns is completely destroyed, then an attempted abduction leaving Camille injured and dependent on strangers. Not an easy acceptance for her, especially at a time when she doesn’t know who she can trust. However, she finds she can’t shake these people. Their kindness, stability, and persistence causes her to drop her guard and let others in. She learns she isn’t so alone after all. As her guard drops, and friendships are forged, Cammie’s personality begins to bloom making me like her all the more! And so does the new neighbor A.K.A. agent hotness!! It doesn’t hurt at all that he is one fine looking man!
Agent Vaughn is on the hunt for a notorious cartel leader. He doesn’t have the time nor is he in the market for entanglements. Yet, he is instantly smitten with Cammie and is blindsided by his compulsion for her.
Initially, these two will do everything that can to fight their attraction, but sexual tension is overwhelming and the need too strong! The author does a great job building the smoldering embers.
“I feel two of Vaughn’s fingers on my own, and my entire circulatory system shocks awake.”
“The first pass of my lips against hers wasn’t enough to quell the song of desire running through me. The second pass took that small spark of warmth and ignited it into a bonfire.”
“His lips left tattoos of his interest all over my neck. Sucking at my pulse point appeared to be a hotline straight to my groin.”
“As soon as his lips slammed against mine, I was awash in my own animalistic need.”
While their steamy affair plays out, so does the mystery! Who is behind the break in and abduction? Are they related? What do they want with Camille? Why does she swear she only speaks English, but yells in Spanish in her sleep? Why can’t she remember parts of her childhood? Who is the reoccurring man in her dream? I love books with intrigue! Books that keep me questioning and trying to solve the puzzle. The author did a great job keeping me captivated while telling her tale! If you are looking for intrigue and lots of steam this is the book to read!!!

I loved this novel so much that I bought the next book in the series Found. The first few chapters...I wasn't sure if I would even like this book let alone love it. It does have a bit of a slow start. A few things could be slightly more condensed but I understand why Sanders included the build up of so many of the character even a few that could have been omitted such as Janet and Peter. I was constantly trying to fit the puzzle together between Ben and Camille since the chapters would switch between their point of view which was incredibly beneficial once their arcs crossed over. Ok...now for the overview of the novel and the characters which I completely love even if the novel does end on a cliffhanger. If you are one of those people who despise cliffhangers either buy Found or skip this book. Although, I recommend buying Found, both novels are well worth the money.
Camille works in the communications division of the Kansas City Chiefs football team. She works long hours especially during the football season, but Camille or Cammie is a bit of a loner. She was raised to not depend on other or to make new friends. She was taught those things because her mother was always moving them around the country. Cammie never thought much about any of these traits until after two very different attacks against her. The first was when her apartment was robbed and two months later, when she was attacked and nearly kidnapped. This is how she met the local Kansas City Police officer Peter Parker who she nicknamed Spiderman and her home health nurse Janet. The attack left Cammie with numerous health issues since she was hit at the back of her brain stem.
Agent Benjamin Vaughn has been chasing down the Jefe Cartel for the last six years of his career in the DEA. He has already taken down the Mercado cartel a direct competitor for Jefe. Vaughn has already lost his best friend to the cartel--he won't lose anything else. After he tracks down and puts Jefe behind bars--he's done. A nice quiet ranch in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming. Ben didn't expect to be sent to Kansas City. Why in the world would the Jefe cartel be there? It is land locked most cartels are along large port cities. He goes where the leads and the DEA sends him. He is working with the KCPD, CIA, FBI, and Homeland to capture Jefe. Vaughn is missing a piece to the puzzle. Why does his beautiful neighbor fall into the pattern of criminal activity within the Jefe organization. What does Jefe want from Cammie? More importantly, why can't Ben stay away from her?

I Will Always Find You has two first person POVs: Camille and Vaughn. Raised by her single mom, Cammie has spent her life moving all over the USA without forming attachments and raised to be self-reliant. Cammie bought an apartment and decided to start forming roots after she moved to Kansas City upon graduating college. Life was on a good track until Cammie's house was vandalized and the next day an almost abduction in her work parking lot left Cammie practically an invalid. Now Cammie is learning to accept help and really connect with others.

Agent Vaughn has been working a drug trafficking case that makes him travel frequently for a long time so he's ready to find Jefe and settle down. As soon as Vaughn arrives to Kansas City he befriends a local beat cop, Officer Parker who just happens to also check in on Vaughn's neighbor, Cammie, regularly. Vaughn was immediately attracted to his neighbor but they had a slow and believable burn.

Knowing this book was labeled 'romantic suspense' I did not have high expectations since my recent experience with that genre was underwhelming but I was pleasantly surprised. The author really did a good job showing Cammie's vulnerability with still desiring to be independent as well as the men in the story's natural inclination to want to protect. I really liked the details in the story that kept adding up but still haven't been completely explained, (why does Cammie only sometimes speak/dream in Spanish?) definitely makes me want to pick up book two in this duology. The character building and interconnecting relationships were done in such an authentic way. I just wish it would've been one book so I could've finished the story to completion without having to wait to get the second book.

This ebook was provided to me at no cost by Happily Ever Insta. Whether positive or negative, my review is my own and may differ from others opinions. .

Willow Sanders warns readers from the beginning this is a romance. I will always find you is mostly a romance with just enough mystery to keep readers from getting bored.

There is a lot of inner dialogue and sometimes it felt as if I was reading the same lines more than once. The story moves very slowly at first but soon picks up quickly to the point readers will not want it to end. It ends with a cliffhanger that will have readers needing more.

I found myself skipping pages once the romance started to heat up because it became sex scenes and the story stopped moving.

The characters are likable, easy to connect with and realist. The author is able to paint a picture readers will feel as if the are living in Cammie's front room. The author was able use texting messages and incorporate them into the story line.

The mystery is pretty easy to figure out when you read between the lines but the author has this reader excited for the next book in this series.

Thank you to Netgalley and the Author for a chance to review Willow Sander I will Always Find You.

Broken. Alone. Until him...

Cammie’s story is one of heartbreak and loneliness. She is a young woman who struggles with the fears of being abandoned. Her mother kept her very sheltered and moved her around constantly. Due to this reasoning Cammie hasn’t gone many friends, friends are hard for her to keep. When Cammie is attacked, her world is shattered. She’s unsure of herself and has no one to help her, only a paid nurses assistant.
Benjamin is a DEA who has been brought in to help bring down a drug cartel. Ben truly has no time for himself let alone have a relationship with his beautiful neighbor. But when he hears her crying all bets are off, he goes to her only to find himself more attracted to her than he thought possible. Their new relationship moves forward slowly and a bit rocky. Ben is still trying to wrap up his case against the cartel and having little time with Cammie is making it hard on them both. Suddenly during his investigation Cammie’s name comes up but before he can get to her, she’s gone. Will Ben get to her in time to save her?

Warning this is a two part series...Cliffhanger!

I Will Always Find You by Wiilow Sanders is the first book of a two part series. The book ends in a cliffie and I really need the second book now.
Meet Cammie Saint, she´s a29 year old and works for a NFL football team. She´s no victim, but bad luck is following her. Things get more interesting when her neighbor starts sniffing around her case and Cammie finds herself in a strange world.
Benjamin Vaughn, a 38 year old Special DEA Agent is new in town and on assignement to put a cartel down.
Both meet and they have this crazy insta chemistry. They could be great together, only karma has other plans.
I started reading and was immediatedly hooked on the story. Normally I don´t read crime stories and Willow Sanders is a new author to me, but oh boy what a ride. I´m so glad I gave this book a chance. I love the writing and the words and I liked the pace of the couples story. There are so many unexpected twists and turns, the book kept me at the edge of my seat. I give 5 stars and really can´t wait to read the next book in the series.

***** pre release review *****

4.5 smoking hot sexy ass starts!!! (Rounded up)

Willow allowed me to read I Will Always Find You prior to release and let’s just say I really want it to be May so i can have book two. Like pretty please can I just have it now?

This book follows Camille Saint who’s attack in a parking lot is the momentum that Sends her i to this exploration of who she is and why bad guys are after her. Enter Agent Vaughn *fans myself* his smart ass comments had me laughing out loud and damn he can woo like no ones business. And their chemistry is H O T. Smoking.

Like Willow says up front it ends on a spoiler but plus side!! Book Teo is already with her editor and will be released in a few short months (or sooner ... sooner would be great!!)

If you’re coming from her earlier works be warned this is definitely serious HEAT. I mean she warns you in the beginning of the book but she isn’t kidding. People are having LOTS of S-E-X in this book. Lots of hot descriptive sex. So you’re warned!

This is an interesting book that I really enjoyed. Willow brought a mystery to life that I didn't know I needed to read.

This story is so different than anything I have read in a while that it was nice to read. It does end in a cliff-hanger, which was something I did not expect. But it was to be expected.

Camille is a wonderful woman, she has no idea why someone would break into her home. Nor does she know why someone would attack her. So when she finally gets released from the hospital she is helped by the cop in charge of her case.

Vaughn is the DEA that has been after Jefe for 10 years he is tired of chasing this crew. But he thinks he finally has them down. But when his next-door neighbor is hurt he decides to help her. But weird things start coming out about Camille that doesn't make sense. And Vaughn wants to know the mystery that is Camille.

This is a slow burn that surrounds itself in mystery. I enjoyed this story greatly and I can't wait for the next one. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.

Cammie "Cam"  has some series bad luck after her apartment is broken into, she then takes a blow to the head the results of attempted Abduction.  She loses the ability to speak in complete sentence and to control her body. Her boyfriend Danny is a complete jerk can I just say I hate Danny it was always all about him and his school work. Yes, school is important but come on he never really once but Cammie needs or wants before his own.

Officer Parker is assigned to Cammie case but goes above the call of an officer to help Cammie when she needs it the most, not only does her try to protect her from the bad guy he also helps her while she's recovering at home even hiring her a nurse.

This book will keep you on the edge of your sit. It does, however, end on a major cliffhanger but it was so good.

3.5 Stars

I dont know why it took me so long to start this but I'm glad I was finally able to.

I really enjoyed this. There were more than a few grammatical errors that I found a bit annoying but the story is very engaging.

My biggest complaint is that there was never a definitive connection made between the heroine and bad guy. Heck, up until the end, the heroine doesn't even acknowledge her awareness of a bad guy and that sucks. For that I had to give it 3.5 stars.

Cammie and Ben (Agent Vaughn) are super cute and entertaining together. I am interested to see where their relationship goes after everything that's going to go down. They are relatively solid characters.

I feel like there is a weird sub genre of mystery books that mixes in a sexual nature. I find myself reading or listening to them all the time, and feeling a bit awkward. Nothing like reading a quick sex romp on your lunch break.

This was a fairly quick read, that appears to be the start of a series. Other than the random sex scenes, I enjoyed this story, and found myself thinking of different story lines or twists.

I would definitely read the next in the series!

I didn't want to give just one star but... *sigh*.

I felt like if the 90% of the book both characters were telling me how hot was the other one. I get it, both were super hot. Yay! I picked this book because supposedly it was set in Delaware, at least that was what I found here... Well, it wasn't. My bad. And last but not least, there are too many typos in the sentences written in Spanish.

I would like to thank Netgalley and CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform for this partnership.

We find Cammie there who until now has only lived by bad luck, his apartment where we broke into, being attacked in his parking lot. She will have to deal with a Colombian drug network that will make her relive some moments of her past.

I found Cammie's character very endearing, disturbing and the script very captivating, moving and full of suspense and twists and turns.
