Whoever the editor is for this book needs to be fired. There were so many typos that were very distracting. As far as the content, sure, some of the stories were inspiring, but mostly if you're about to hit the age of retirement or aspire to be a writer. It's a quick read though so not a total waste.

BAGUS!

Bagus. Sangat bagus. Seperti memakan sup di pagi hari. Hangat. Tenteram!

Dhira (warga JSM) review jujur buku 🤭 – Chicken Soup for the Soul: Reboot Your Life

this book is a compilation of 101 kisah benar dari *orang biasa yang buat keputusan luar biasa* untuk ubah kehidupan diorang. some quit their jobs, some overcame depression, others started new dreams even after 50. sangatlah relatable & menyentuh hati.

Dhira point out kan few cerita favourite Dhira:

1. I Wasn’t Too Old to Change – story about wanita 50an jadi cikgu yoga 🧘‍♀️
2. From Breakdown to Breakthrough – this one so relatable, dari depresi to inspirasi.
3. The Day I Said No – yang ni pasal belajar jaga boundaries & diri sendiri.
4. Letting Go of the Timeline – stop comparing, just live your pace.

after reading this book, Dhira dapat perspective baru tentang gagal, kalah, depresi, ujian. sometimes, untuk kita jumpa cahaya dan jawapan, kita kena berani untuk tekan butang reset ❤️

buku ni sesuai sangat untuk yang rasa stuck, penat, hilang arah atau nak cari kekuatan baru. memang highly recommended for personal growth, light weekend reading, or even as boleh pinjamkan buku ni untuk someone who needs a little boost. try lah bacaaaa 😍

"Memulai kembali. Menciptakan kembali. Menghidupkan kembali. Menyusun kembali.

Meskipun cerita nya ga banyak relate, tapi membuat pikiran terbuka.

Book Review:
Genre - Non-Fiction

Summary - This book is a collection of inspiring stories from people of diverse ages, backgrounds, and experiences who have undergone transformative moments, pursuing their dreams and reinventing their lives.

Review:
I recently had the privilege of reading this book, and it was exactly what I needed – a shift in perspective. The stories within its pages are testaments to the human spirit's capacity for growth, resilience, and determination. Many of the experiences shared resonated deeply with me, and the narratives served as a powerful reminder that nothing is impossible when we set our minds to it.

What I found particularly uplifting about this book was its ability to inspire readers to step out of their comfort zones. The stories are a testament to the potential that lies within each of us, waiting to be tapped. This book came into my life at a pivotal moment, offering a much-needed boost of motivation and encouragement.

I would give this book a well-deserved 5-star rating. It felt like a personal message of hope and support, almost like a hug from God. Although it’s just a book, the impact it had on me was profound. The stories and experiences shared provided comfort and motivation, reminding me that I’m not alone in my journey.

Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for inspiration and a reminder of the power of transformation. It’s a beautiful collection of stories that will undoubtedly leave you feeling uplifted and motivated to pursue your dreams.

Interesting and in some ways inspirational. It seems that the new Chicken Soup for the Soul books are becoming less readable, possibly because, in an effort to add new titles, the focus of each book becomes more narrow and thus more repetitive and boring.

This book, however, seems to have taken a broader topic and divided it into more categories so that the book does not seem so repetitive. It is easier reading 101 stories about a wide topic than a narrow topic. Eventually, the situations can become so similar that they no longer are interesting or inspiring.

This is the second Chicken Soup book I've read (I know, what have I been reading?), and it's the first one with Amy Newmark at the helm. She's mastered the Chicken Soup recipe: stories of inspiration, humor, and reflection. You won't be able to read this book without thinking about whether your life is on the right path. If it's not, you can make changes to get there.

These are very short stories which are light on detail...like I gave up this and then did this and I am so happy now, nothing really about the process or how people supported themselves financially while changing directions etc. Not very helpful.
