Good collection of easy, tasty, vegan recipes, many from familiar foods made vegan, with easily sourced ingredients, substitution suggestions, menu suggestions, meals - breakfast, lunch, dinner, holidays, special events. Starts with collection of recipes for sauces, condiments that will be used in recipes throughout recipes in the book. Allows you to big batch those recipes for use throughout the week. 100% vegan.

Excellent book, especially for those just starting their vegan way of life. She covers all the basics and even gives some grocery lists of what to stock up on and some other helpful tips. She also has some unique recipes I hadn't seen before, especially the marinades.

This book makes VEGAN a tasty option.

Great recipes for vegans. I especially found the recipes for sauces and dips useful and varied. And I really liked the vegan substitutions for eggs, dairy, and meats. These recipes are inspirational and gateway to vegan experimental cooking.

Very good breakdown of how to start a Vegan journey. I like the writing because she is down to earth. My only con is I wish there were more pictures in the book.
