Awful female character
I didn’t like Lola at all, she just thinks about herself and no the brothers, she was selfish because she knew that the story would launch her career, I really think she was a bitch. I usually love these type of books but actually this disappoint me, they did everything for her and she just used it all for her gain.

Hmmm… 3⭐️-ish…. It’s decent but not memorable… well, that’s a statement best served with time, but I’d doubt I’d re-read this.
No background a vague version of the FMC and ONE of the MMC’s… and there’s FIVE.
Kinda odd bc of its incestual nature that somehow is deemed normal via the author. There’s no explanation beyond the “reason” that was explained vague at best, then left alone. Somehow it’s not as creepy as the fully forged bedroom for the FMC of every kind of accommodation needed for a female the group had never met… and just so happen to be in her size-ish.
I’m trying not to think too deep into this book and so my rating is what it is while not trying to hyper-analyze bits as if I’m a pretend psychiatrist. Surface-level rating.

Mini-Review:
Ah Kindle Unlimited and authors cobbling stories together to make it look like a long story. I think there are a total of five? So don't expect a long, in-depth story about a gal getting hitched to five dudes because that's not what you'll get.
Other than that, the story was about what I thought it would be. The intro took too long to get to the actual men in question. No real balance between plot, sex and why. It was a cute story and I liked the whole "we stick together as a family" vibe.

Not one of my favorites, but still an okay story. As always Jess brought a steamy story. But I didn't really like the whole storyline to be honest. It wasn't really believable.

Lola is a journalist and just happens to stumble onto a story of a lifetime when she gets hurt on a snowy mountain and is rescue by one of the five brothers assumed dead. Jake takes her back to his home and where is other four brother's are to decide how to get her back safely without exposing themselves. Once she is there she doesn't want to leave and has to convince her friend to call off the search party that she is somewhere else chasing down a story. Kill, Carty, Liam and Timothy want her to stay also but don't want her to make a rash decision. Lola knows that she wants these men and can't believe they let Carty's ex getaway with everything she did. She tells the guys that she wants a life with them but it has to be out and in public not hidden away. Can Lola convince the guys that she worth returning to the crazy world for?
This was a great story. It was well written and fast paced. The chemistry between the characters was sizzling hot. This book has everything you need to keep you turning pages hot sexy men, steamy scenes and some conflict thrown in. I can't wait for what this author writes next.

Lola is a journalist, out in the mountains, not properly prepared for bad weather and has an accident. A gorgeous, hunky built man called Jake, comes to her rescue and they are both attracted to each other if the sizzling air is anything to go by. He takes her back to his home where his brothers, Kill, Carty, Liam and Timothy are even though all five are supposedly dead! She knows that she's on to a spectacular story here. They agree to take her back to civilisation if they can retain their secret. So she calls off the search party by contacting her friend and gets to know these five stupendous, rough mountain men who have a very large secret. Now this story is penned by that famous author, Jess Bentley and, if you've read anything by her before, then you know that you're in for one fantastic steamy read with a feisty heroine and five alpha males who will do anything to keep their woman happy, and they do! When I read that it was a reverse harem with one heroine and FIVE heroes, I wondered how they were all going to have a hot and steamy time and be able to fit altogether at the same time! No need to wonder any more as Jess has don it beautifully with red hot lust, passion, protectiveness and a longing for love ever after. Great plot, characters that are believable and a few unexpected twists all creating one great read.

Loved this book. Five brothers that have faked their death and have been living as recluses for the last three years because Carty's ex-wife broke his heart when she wanted a divorce and threatened to spread lies about them. Lola goes off on a different path when skiing with friends so she can be alone for a little bit and ends up lost and has an accident. She eventually crawls onto their property by the small cabin and is found by Jake. He takes care of her for a couple days and then takes her back to the main house and the other brothers. They know she is a journalist because she is on the news as missing and everyone is out searching the mountains looking for her. They thinks she wants money and tries to convince her to sign a NDA. She wants to stay hidden for a while to get her head on straight again after being dumped by her boyfriend. They basically tell her the only way that she would be able to stay is if she is willing to be with all of them. She convinces them to let her stay and while she is there she convinces them to let her write their whole family story including why they faked their own death. What happens when she convinces them to attend a party at the casino after her story hits big? What happens does she do when she finds out she is pregnant? Will she stay with them or does she go back to San Francisco?

Wow. This story sounded so hot and it is. It is a steamy hot romance love story and I liked it very much. It surprised me. I like the twist of taboo though! The characters are all different but together they make a good relationship. They all have needs and wants. A very short story but enjoyable and readable.

Lola needs an escape. Life and love has dealt her some crappy hands. Her boss/friend may have an ulterior motive for trying to hook Lola up with a married man. When she decides to ski off by herself, Lola finds herself hurt and stranded in a snow storm. Is this the way her life ends? Jake needed to escape so he was looking forward to being snowed in his cabin. When he notices "someone" stranded, Jake rescues her. Lola awakes to find herself stranded with a stranger. Should she trust him? What will she do when she finds that Jake isn't alone in the mountains? Jake and his four brothers are hiding a big secret. When Lola discovers the truth will she be able to help the brothers "live" again? I really enjoyed this story. Hopefully there will be a follow up story about Nance.

Ok, I loved this book even though the story line was a little hard to believe but lets be honest, I doubt anyone chose this book because they were looking for a for anything resembling a novel. I know what I chose was the Reverse Harem storyline and I was not disappointed. All that being said, I found all the characters likable and wish instead of Lola that I had been the one to get lost on their mountain. Who doesn't want to have five extremely handsome, well built, protective and polite men devoted to your pleasure and well being? Me! Me! Me! Please choose Me! This was a quick and very enjoyable read and I can't wait to read other Reverse Harem stories by Jess Bentley.

I enjoyed the latest from Jess Bentley. When Lola goes on a trip with her friend/boss the last thing she expects is to get injured, lost and saved by a man that will change everything for her but that's just what happens to her. Lola finds herself in need of help when she goes on a skiing adventure, hurts herself and finds herself in a cabin with a man she doesn't know. Jake, Carty, Timothy, Liam and Killian(Kill) have shut themselves away from the outside after Carty's life explodes, but one woman, Lola, will change all of that for them when Jake brings her home with him. The chemistry is explosive between this group, but it wasn't easy to take a chance on what they find together, yet so worth it when they fully commit. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader copy of this book.

Try as I might, I could not stand Lola. She struck me as easily one of the most selfish characters I have ever encountered in fiction – which is impressive, considering I didn’t expect all that much from what is clearly meant to be brainless smut. From her deciding to ignore the fact multiple search parties were out to find her to her telling the men “I’m pregnant and now I’m going to go, it’s over between us” for absolutely no reason, it was impossible to root for her or wish her well. I cannot honestly recommend this book for any reason, be it plot or characters, as the entire plot stars characters that are far too unlikeable and stupid to relate to on any level.

Can She End Their Solitude? Really enjoyed this unusual story written in multiple POV. A reverse Harem read with Jake, Kill, Timothy, Carty, Liam and of course their beautiful Lola. The 5 brothers were all assumed dead and Lola being a journalist thinks she’s on to a hot story. She just wants a friend after being dumped and her BF Nance convinces her just to have a good time in Lake Tahoe. It was a fun read, with superb chemistry between them all with lots of hot scenes. Can they be a family and will it work out? You’ll have to read this really sexy story to find out! This is my honest review of an ARC I received.

Woooo!! Now this was a whirlwind from Jess Bentley! Missing skier, mysterious mountain men and hot passionate nights? What could be better. This was one of those fun little quick reads that I find myself enjoying from time to time.
It's not '50 shades of Grey' in it's descriptions of the sexual acts, but it's not PG-13 either. So. An 'in-betweener'. ha ha.
The story line, while not necessarily believable, is a fun little twist. One woman sharing 5 brothers. Without them being anxious or jealous in any way about it. Kind of doting on her in every single way. Not a bad life ... ha ha. Especially when you mix the fact that they are filthy rich, into the picture.
Definitely just a fun little quick read, if you're needing a little dose of some smuttiness. And yes, thats a word! ha ha.

I actually enjoyed this story and all the characters. My main issue with the story was the reason they were all on the mountain isolated. It just didn't make sense that they could fake their death and the ex-wife had access to their money. That part of the plot could have been written better. I also didn't understand why Lola just decided to leave once she found out she was pregnant. Missed opportunity by the author. I loved all the brothers and their chemistry with Lola was good. This book also has 2 bonus stories, so I will read them too.

Tell me why the author refuses to write a detailed sex scene? She would rather have Lola mention DP rather than actually write it. Sex with five guys could easily be multiple chapters. Where is the spice!
This book is not hot, not steamy and I’m convinced that any review that says otherwise is paid.
One bride for Five Mountain Men has no detail, no build up and hardly any characterization. If you asked me, I couldn’t list anything other than surface level details of their personality for Kill, Liam, and Tim. Jake and Carti are barely better.

4.5 Stars! So good!!
This book had such a great storyline!! There were so many great things about this book. Lola was pretty easy to like and brothers were all unique and charming. I was both cringing and laughing hysterically with the scene with Lola and Tucker! The only thing that I would have like was to get answers for Nance’s behavior and actions.

This was a fun and quick read that I enjoyed. Lola is on a trip with her co-workers when she takes fall down the mountain while skiing. She then gets rescued by Jake and gets taken to the main house where she meets four other brothers and must make a decision on whether to stay and fulfill her need for adventure or go back to the resort. I do wish that the author had written more about Lola getting to know the brothers individually so we could get a feel of who they are.

This is a short read that packs a colossal amount of heat. A reverse harem romance that features one lucky woman and the five sexy mountain men that are all about taking care of her and making her happy. Steamy, sexy and over-the-top this read is entertaining and fun. I'm posting a honest review after reading an advance copy of this book.

Written in multiple POV's so you're able to know what each are thinking. Imagine five men and all hot, Wow is all I can say. They're all different and each one fills a different void. this was a quickie read that was hot and steamy. Well written with likeable characters, babies on the way and an HEA. A great reversed harem story by JB! Lola was needing something good to come her way and it came in five ways (: I love that this was told in different points of views. The bothers all sounds like great guys with different personalities. I would definitely recommend this book. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

Let me start off by saying i wasn't sure what to expect with so many guys in a ménage. I'm used to reading about 2 or 3 guys not 5. Although it's a reverse harem type book, it had a great storyline on top of interesting sex scenes too. I would read thus type of book again, maybe not brother's as i do like mm scenes too, but 5 guys, Yes!

Didn’t to much care for Lola! One minute she want this, next min she wanted something else. She’s was all over the place. Didn’t like Nance who was suppose to be her best friend since middle school. If that is your picture of a best friend you need to rethink life. But I did really enjoy the brothers. They all really loved and cared for Lola though at times I’m not sure she was deserving of it.
