I love fairies and fairy tales and this book is one of the best books on Fairies for beginners. It gives all the basics in a very easy English which I appreciate very much. There are beautiful magical meditations, rituals, history and work of the fairies who are environmental spirits such as sylphs, gnomes, salamanders, mermaids etc. It connects the ancient and modern with such efficacy that It held my interest till the end. I loved how the author gave examples from her life on her work for the environment as an appreciation of the fairies and how she was loved and honoured in return, usually anecdotes by authors feel drawn out and unsolicited at places, but this one has short little ones interspersed at the perfect places, when you'd like to read one. Overall I found it beautifully written and successful in its message of imparting awareness of the Fairy World!

Lovely book about the magical realm of fairies! I appreciated the tips, invocations, meditations, within. This year, I've been connecting with the fairy energies more; both in my yard and in the forests that surround our house. This book will certainly help me stay connected, and become more connected as I go along on my fairy journey! I feel blessed to be a fairy pathwalker!
