•Don’t imitate others without understanding the basis of their actions.
•Train to be at home wherever you are.
•Things are impermanent.
•Your goal is happiness and good fortune.

A great book, much like the others in the series. Written in plain English and a joy to study.

Excellent summary of Stoic ideals

Everyone should read this book many times until it becomes their own way of thought. In fact, the entire series is worthwhile.
