This book from Cassandra and Katie is actually a really sweet one. Not dirty or nasty like you usually read from her.

Janie is a sweet girl that is a little overweight and has the hots for her neighbor, Travis. Travis is an er doctor that tries so hard to get Janie into conversations but she is just so shy that it just never really works. So when she is locked out and ends up at his place, he can't let her go without taking it as far as she will let him.

But after that night things change between them and neither one of them can get past it. So what happens when Travis finds out she is pregnant with his child? I love secret baby books!

A nice sorta sweet story. A hunky doctor and a curvy shy girl live across the hall from each other. Both have a secret crush on the other, but both feel the other is out of their league, so neither make a move... at least until she gets locked out of her apartment while dripping wet from the rain, and knocks on his door for assistance. That's when things get hot. There is only one sex scene, so if you are looking for the smut, you won't find much here, but that one scene was fairly graphic, and for the short length of the book (less than 2 hours,) it was enough. ;) There was a lot of, not miscommunication, but rather missed communication going on to cause the friction in the story. Because it was a shorter book, it didn't get as in-depth with the characters or plot. It was pretty simple, and moved along quickly. Even though it was minimal, with the sexual content, I would recommend this for 18+ readers.

Janie likes her next door neighbor but has been too shy to do anything about it. Travis wants to ask Janie out but he works so many hours he feels it wouldn't be right to start something when he doesn't have much free time. However when Janie gets locked out of her place she turns to Travis for help. Travis is stunned when he sees a soaked Janie at his door but drags her in to get dried off and call the super for another key. Travis just stalls making the call because he wants this chance to get to know Janie better. They share one passionate night and then Travis's crazy work schedule keeps him busy and he doesn't get to talk to Janie. Janie thinks he used her and wanted nothing to do with her but she needed to tell him she was pregnant. One misunderstanding leads Janie right back to Travis but can they reconcile and have a future together?

This was an amazing story about two people finding love even when life comes in between them. The chemistry between Travis and Janie is blazing hot. This is another amazing story from to great authors. I can't wait for more from them.

Pure enjoyment, a simple and brief story with pure romance. Dr. Travis Knight and Janie were neighbors who silently fantasized about each other. Until one day Janie got locked out her apartment and sought help from her gorgeous neighbor, the doctor. Fantasies turn into reality, they even want to see each other again. But wait, maybe it was just a fantasy, or a fluke...because Travis seems to just ghost Janie now. And really, it was just one night. But a night Janie's not going to forget, and neither will her BFF Mandy when she commiserates with her! What went wrong? What did she do wrong? Janie knows some of what went wrong, but certainly not all! Is he dumping her for a more beautiful woman? It's a fun story with expectations and misunderstandings and love and thrilling sex! Janie's a bit naive, and Travis is super busy and clueless. I loved Travis and Janie together, and Mandy and Tracie were wonderful additions to the whole debacle and mix-up. Thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining.

I received an ARC of this story in return for my honest review. It's the story of Janie, a shy bank teller with low self-esteem and Travis, an over-worked doctor who are apartment neighbors that both secretly have crushes on each other but won't say anything. Until one fateful night and Janie is forced to ask Travis for help when she is locked out of her apartment. That conversation turns into a steamy one-night stand (so it seems) and then they go months without seeing or talking to each other (though they are both constantly thinking about their one night and each other). At that time, Janie learns she is pregnant and still hasn't heard back from Travis, despite trying to contact him.
A chance encounter in a restaurant and a medical scare bring them back together and the truth comes out.
It was a good story, though at times hard to read... at some points the characters are referred to by their names and at other times as "the curvy girl" or "the brunette", etc... no consistency and bounced around a bit. Overall, I'd recommend it.

I love these two authors separately they are fantastic but together they have that wow factor. This is the story of Janie and Travis, Janie and Travis leave next door to each other and one day when Janie locks herself out of her apartment she goes to Travis for help. Travis has always had feelings for the shy Janie and this is his opportunity to get to know her better. After they spend a night together Janie doesn’t see him again for awhile and she feels used. Travis is a doctor and has spent all of his time at the hospital and he has Janie in his thoughts all the time. After their night together Travis has left Janie a surprise but she doesn’t know wether she is going to tell Travis or not. Wow it’s amazing what misunderstanding’s can do. I loved everything about this book very well written story and I loved the characters. I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

This is a beautiful story about two people who have meet and thier lives get in the way. Janie lives across the hall from Travis who is a doctor working all kinds of crazy hours. Janie is a beautiful woman with curves in all the right places and Travis knows she is shy and just can not find the time or way to do more than say Hi! One rainy day fate gives Travis a chance as Janie is locked out of her apartment and soaking wet from the rain. Travis is asked for help and he does what he can to make Janie comfortable and they share one unforgettable night full of passion. With Travis's crazy work schedule two months have passed and he never reached out to Janie and she thinks he used her and wants nothing to do with her. There are several misunderstandings between them and one scary event gives them a chance to correct them. Can Travis and Janie move forward once all is explained? Weak. Everything are weak. The hero the heroine the scenes. All of them. I hope I could erased this story from my memory.

Insta love like another Cassandra Dee's books? None of them. Too much wasting time. This is hate at the first sight for both of hero and heroine.

Main character's chemistry was ABSOLUTELY LACK TO NOTHING. Alpha male? Yeah hell, new born baby looks more alpha male than this hero so called alpha male. Weak male with no priority for the heroine was a big NO.

Waiting. In this whole book you'll have to keep on waiting. First we have to wait for the hero or heroine's first move towards each other and when it happens it was just meh. Super duper meh.
Then when they happen to be together, yup, this is the most-hated-scenes, the hero was like he didn't care at all about the heroine. AT ALL. So much about priority. Meh super duper meh.

I m start to think that this book was actually need more, much more touch in it but the authors just publish it raw.

You can love what you do, but it shouldn't keep you from taking the time for actual love. Travis may be a doctor, but he sure can be an dummy. His neighbor Janie has had a total crush on him, and he's had the same attraction to her yet he won't ask her out because his career keeps him too busy. Well, fate throws him a bone when Janie is locked out of her apartment. This gives them the chance to get to know one another, and for their obvious chemistry to really heat up. Janie and Travis are clearly meant to be, they're perfect together, but sometimes people won't see the forrest through the trees. These authors really find a great rhythm together making the plot feel fresh and inviting, plus Janie and Travis feel very grounded. There are some tears and drama, yet I loved every minute. Janie and Travis are neighbors with a huge crush on one another. Although they do not admit it. Travis works a lot, as he is a doctor. Janie works a regular 9-5 job. She gets locked out of her apartment one evening. Travis is home when she knocks. He warms her up in more ways than one. It is so hot you will need to cool off after reading how he warmed her up. After this one time encounter they don't see much of each other. Janie has something to tell him. It is very important. She can never seem to find him at home; so she leaves a note under his door, hoping he will get back to her soon. Very sweet book about two people destined to be together but just have a bit of hard time staying in contact with one another. Very short quick read, but so worth it! Cassandra has written a beautiful steamy story. Janie is a beautiful but very shy girl. Travis a handsome over-worked doctor lives in the apartment across from Janie. Janie has felt an attraction to Travis since meeting him and he thinks she is the hottest woman around. They just can't seem to get together until one day when Janie is locked out of her apartment. They spend the night together and Janie is heartbroken when she doesn't hear from Travis for two months. This touching, wonderfully written story is filled with drama, passion, sadness, misunderstanding, steamy bits and romance. “Dr. Travis, I Love You” is worth reading. Give it a try.

Janie and Travis's story was a great read. Well written with strong, likeable characters. Steamy, oh my ........... you're kindle will be smoking. Two people who like each other and with passion flowing are next door neighbors who have basically avoided each other. He's an ER Doctor who is a workaholic and doesn't think he has time for a relationship. They end up together one night when she gets locked out. A tale about two people who have to fight life coming between love. And baby makes three. You'll laugh and you'll cry but you'll keep turning pages. A fun story to read, but no spoiler here. I read an advance reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.

Travis and Janie, they are definitely different. He is outgoing, she is shy. Janie has had a huge crush on Travis for awhile, finally after a bad day, rain, and forgetting her keys the two of them have an amazing time together. Travis is busy with work and Janie thinks he isn't interested, especially since has a secret to tell him. I thought these two were amazing together. Travis is so sweet and attentive to Janie and Janie comes out of her shell a little when she is around him. This story is a little tamer than others from Cassandra, but I liked the switch up and how the story flowed. Can't wait for more!

I couldn't think of a better way to spend an evening than reading this sweet love story with just the right amount of pizzazz to keep it thrilling. Dr Travis is always working and has no extra time for romance but craves the human touch of a woman and that women is his neighbor Janie. While talking and waiting for the elevator that leads them up to their their apt floor now he can't get her out of his head. Janie is very shy and believes that Dr. Travis can have any woman he wants and wouldn't be interested in her she's wrong about that he's very interested. Read to find out what transpires between these two and I can say it will melt your heart and panties.

I voluntarily read this advanced readers copy of this book. I so love Dee and Ford's work and can't wait to read more that they do together. You will love this book as much as the others too. Strong characters and a great story line. They just out do themselves each time. You will enjoy reading Janie and Travis's story. After one night of passion what will the consequences be. They hunk of a doctor feels for the shy neighbor in his building. They think that the other isn't good enough for the other and they both are just totally wrong. They are so right for one another it's pitiful.

I just love the combination of these two authors. I have really enjoyed everything they've written together that I've read. This story was realistic and filled with emotion. Janie and Travis made me laugh and made me cry, and lots of things in between. They had a chance at a true relationship but real life situations (busy schedules and miscommunication) were threatening that chance. Were they able to overcome all life's hurdles to get their HEA? I recommend reading this one to find out.

This was such a great book from Cassandra Dee and Katie Ford. Much cleaner than their previous books but in no way lacking any content. This was more sweet and innocent. I liked the story, but it had to many inaccuracies to be taken too seriously. I know that ER Doctor's schedules are insane and hospitals downsize, but disappearing for nearly 2 months because of his schedule after the hook up is unbelievable. And then for him to switch specialties from ER/Trauma to Radiology instantly is insane, too. The story line for the most part is very good, and I felt terribly for the heroine of the story, but there was just too much inaccurate material for it to be believable.

Wonderful short story that gets straight to the point. There are no "games" or running away. Janie and Travis have both avoided making a move on the other. One rainy night and a locked apartment forces the two together. Of course real life finds a way to get between the two. Will they find a way to make time for what really matters before it's too late? I believe this is one of the best by these two authors.

I give this book 5 stars. The storyline between Travis and Janie was well written and a must read book. This book was awesome and I recommend it. Janie is a plus size bank teller and Travis is an over worked Doctor. The book has some low self esteem, loneliness, sadness, emotional up and downs and a suprise ending. It has a one night stand. She has a crush on her hot neighbor Dr. Travis. Every time she sees him she gets all flustered and tongue tied. Dr. Travis really wants his sexy curvy neighbor but working the ER at the hospital doesn't feel he has time to pursue her until fate falls into his hands. This is a short quick love at first sight story.

He Rocks Her World.
Dr Travis Knight lives next door to Janie Richards both of them are drawn to each other but Janie’s too shy and has no confidence and each time they meet in the elevator neither have the courage to ask for a date. This is a sweet romance but very sexy scenes. Will they have the courage to get together?

Love Cassandra and Katie! This book was definitely a different pace from the dominating alphas in Cassandra and Katie’s other books. It was nice to read this story cause it gave me that wholesome and romantic feeling. It’s the kind of book that puts butterflies in your stomach. Well written sweet story about Janie who has a crush on her neighbor, the Dr Travis, but she’s to shy to go to him.
He has a crush too, but he thinks he’s too busy.
This story was just too sweet for me, and I was angry against Janie who wants something but never try or fight to have it.
