I thought these were going to be purely suspense novels. However, they were actually a hybrid of romance and suspense. "Butterfly" was not my cup of tea...The detective falls for the victim while she is in a coma...weird...and calls her "honey" too many times. "Mimosa Grove" creeped me out with all the "psychic" stuff. However,"Bloodlines" was not bad.

Three decent stories

I read Mimosa Grove first and enjoyed it. It was different and compelling. Then Butterfly, then Bloodlines. They were good but somewhat more predictable.

I loved the book. Sharon Sala's older books are much better the a lot of the new stuff that is being printed.

Great books

Alp three of these books are great! Everyone of them made me sad when they were done. The only way to make them better books is to make them longer. Great books!
