Detective Callie Ryan has volunteered to go undercovercop to bring down the Griffins MC but that is the least of her problems.
Mackenzie aka Callie meets Dax Blake, a biker. She has to find out if he's with the Griffins MC. If so, she has to get in tight with him to find out if the Griffins are the gang that is robbing businesses.
Mackenzie has to decide how to remedy her man problem. Does she choose Luke, a construction worker who is inlove with her? Or Max, her ex boyfriend who is moving back to town to be with her? Or Dax, a member of the Griffins MC she's investigating?
"And Little Red Riding Hood tricked the big bad wolf".
I loved this book. It's definitely a wild ride. The ending will surprise you. I would recommend this book.

Det. Callie Ryan goes undercover to crack the case of the Griffons MC. Problem is she has a mutual attraction to their Enforcer, Dax Blake. All the while Callie is juggling two other boyfriends in her private life.Unlike anything I've ever read before.The mystery in this story kept my interest up. I couldn't wait to find out how it would end. Very good read. Includes a lot of steamy scenes. If cheating throws you off this isn't the right book for you.

Callie is a cop. A very lucky one since she got a hot firefighter as a boyfriend. Now as she gets assigned to a case involving a MC, one hot sexy biker goes around her neighborhood and she catches his eye. Meanwhile an ex boyfriend comes into town. The things she will do to catch the bad guys. Entertaining, lots of steamy sex, bad guys on the loose and some tough decisions to make. I enjoyed that the leading lady gets all the fun. It's a different MC book. Good different!

I read this book as a arc I can honestly say this book is well worth a read.

Sometimes when you read a book you can guess the ending by the time you have read the first two chapters!

This one is not like that I didn't guess the ending at all. I cannot wait for the next.

Scott wrote a conflicting book, that is for sure. Mackenzie is an undercover cop, who is trying to stop a stream of robberies from happening. She notices a biker, by the name of Dax, driving by her neighborhood. Mackenzie thinks he is the finest specimen she has ever seen. The problem, Mackenzie has a boyfriend named Luke, who is a firefighter; and an ex boyfriend, Jake who has just shown back up. Mackenzie has a lot of thinking to do when it comes to these three men.

Dax is new to the town, and an enforcer for the MC. When he approaches Mackenzie in her neighborhood, he knows that he will find a way to be with her. Dax makes the decision he wants Mackenzie as his ol' lady, but he also informs her that he does not share. When he catches her with Luke, and her work partner, Dax is not amused.

Readers: This is a fast-paced story. I liked Dax character, and her boyfriend Luke's character. What I had a hard time with is Mackenzie. I felt she was insecure in a lot of her decisions. She didn't know who she wanted, yet could not have an adult conversation with any man until pushed. Even then, she could not be completely honest. This is why I gave the three stars. It's not bad, it's just even for me.

Reckless is a short book but it is full of drama and very hot sex scenes I might add.
Starting the book, I wasn’t sure if I was going to enjoy it as the main character, Callie is a policewoman but she has a very fulfilled love life. It started out quite quickly with a sex scene and to be honest, I do enjoy a book to develop the storyline first and I like to be able to get an understanding of the characters. My first thoughts of Callie were not good as she seemed to just be sleeping with guys and that’s about it but I’m pleased to say my mind changed.
When she goes undercover in a biker gang that are causing havoc throughout town, the story progresses dramatically and I was thoroughly gripped throughout the book. I really enjoyed reading about Dax, he’s the biker that Callie start flirting with to get herself firmly around the bikers. The chemistry between Callie and Dax is brilliant and I started rooting for them.
So all in all I gave this book a four stars as I think the storyline starting progressing from the middle of the book and have me gripped from then on.

I initially read this story because I'm a sucker for a good detective story. This was so much more than that!
Callie is your average detective, working hard and living the good life. She has a sexy firefighter boyfriend... (yumm) and a life that honestly I'm a little jealous of...
Anyways, she takes a position undercover to stop a biker gang from robbing these businesses. (Who doesn't love a good sexy biker gang??)
The problem? She starts to fall for the leader...
Add in an old flame coming back to town, a current flame, and ol' Dax... well she has a problem on her hands.
This story was a wild ride. From beginning to end you will be enraptured by Anjalee and her writing. The ending might just surprise you... it did me.
This story is entertaining, crazy, steamy, and fun all in one. Read it!! You won't regret it.

Ok this book was really good. Some would've call Mack a slut but for me she just seemed to be in a real confusing situation. The sex was hot and I really liked all the men she was trying to choose between.
The part of the book I didn't like was, I felt it was pretty shallow & not really enough depth to the book. It has great potential & I'd have loved to see her & Dax really do more than have hot sex. It just seemed really shallow
Then the ending was abrupt & we never saw her really tell the other guys who her choice was. I just felt it ended to abruptly.
The overall book has great potential & I'd love to what the next book is about

Not Impressed . . .

How does Callie Ryan have time to do her job with all the boyfriends she’s entertaining? Maybe that’s what makes her good at “undercover” work?

Detective Callie Ryan is on an undercover assignment investigating break-ins. Part of that work is to check out the Griffins MC for their possible involvement. Callie meets the enforcer, Dax Blake, one of the bikers. She gets cozy with him, then also has a firefighter boyfriend and one or two more (I lost count). She will need to make a decision on which one(s) she will keep. The actual story line has a plot twist at the end that will grab your attention. A little more story line would have enhanced this one.

Reckless is an amazing read!! The main character is an undercover cop with a love triangle going on. It's a very HOT story with a twist at the end. I couldn't put it down. I read the whole book in 1 day!!
