So grateful for this book! I highly recommend this book for all different levels of meditation practitioners. I've always been fascinated with world religions, but I am relatively new to meditation. This book offers a practical guide to begin and further your practice. It does a great job relating complex concepts to everyday situations. I love that the author shared her own journey with us while encouraging the reader to explore in her/his own way. She includes examples that relate to multiple religions while maintaining the authenticity of own her story. Truly looking forward to more books from Sarah Corbett!
