The book that introduced me to Buddhism (that I found in a Christian book store; go figure), Just Say Om! is a book that doesn't preach a faith or ideal so much as make an effort to help quell the self-loathing that comes with the territory of becoming a teen. It tries to teach ways to promote inner peace and dispell anger, while remaining down to earth and providing some funny meditation cartoons (I know it sounds weird but they are fun.)
