Cute little book but only a handful of recipes sounded tasty to me. The recipes are divided into sections: Passions of Italy, The Colors of Mexico, Asian Delights, Irish Epicurean Favorites, America's Favorites and Slow-Cooker Desserts. The dessert section was a bit lacking with only three recipes, and unfortunately none of them sounded terribly exciting. One of the more basic of recipes is the one I'm probably the most eager to try: Cheesy Corn Chowder!

Excellent, easy, tasty recipes. Easily sourced ingredients. Features slow cooker recipes for various ethnic cuisines. Keep it handy, as it can easily become the go-to book for slow cooking, especially during summer months when it's too hot to turn on the oven.

This book reminds me of the super early super crunchy vegetarian cookbooks of the 1970s where they use a lot of premade stuff, etc. Did not give me any new slow cooking ideas

I can't cook worth a crap so this book is very useful for me. I don't recommend it for people who actually have any culinary skills.
