An indispensable guide when starting up your own business - has quickly taken a permanent place on my desktop. Written in an informal style with clearly explained thoughts and ideas. Has an incredibly useful appendix on writing a formal business plan. Don't startup without it!

While this book had some good tips, the specifics were UK based (I am in the US) and not as helpful as I was hoping.
