This is a good introduction to the gluten-free lifestyle.

I found that I became a little impatient with how centered the author is on celiac disease. This resulted in lots of jokes and asides about celiac symptoms, several paragraph lead-ins relating the current section to celiac issues, etc. Since I do not have celiac disease, but rather am gluten intolerant, it made the book feel less applicable overall. I found myself skimming sections from time to time, trying to find the parts that applied to me, trying to find where I fit in this book. Since the book is supposed to be dealing with various conditions requiring a gluten-free diet, this over-focus was cumbersome.

Throughout all of my reading on this subject, I found this book very helpful. Hands down better than the previous two I mentioned.
