Finding the heart’s true home . . .

Lena Goodwin scribbled her desperate plea, “God help me,” on an old ticket stub and dropped it into the golden bowl. Later she accepted a new job that would give her the funds to support herself and her mother, who suffers with Alzheimer’s.

When she is offered a promotion to head Information Technology at The Golden Bowl, she takes the job to escape her lecherous boss and hide from her New York mob associates in Down East Maine.

Settling into a new life is complicated. Lena’s ex-husband, Nathan Rhodes, is Director of Security for The Golden Bowl. Lena never stopped loving him, one of the many secrets she hid well.

When Nathan informs Lena of a threat against her family, she takes matters into her own hands. Healing from the wounds of her past could be deadly for Lena and those she loves.

The Golden Bowl . . .
Nutritionist Annie Brewster knows one small prayer can change everything. As a teenager, she revealed her dream to open a restaurant to her grandmother. In minutes Grammy painted her prayer for The Golden Bowl on the scenic coast of Marberry, Maine. Years later Annie discovered that property and opened her business to feed people—body, soul, and spirit. A large gold bowl on the restaurant’s front porch gives the establishment its name and invites patrons to leave a prayer and take a prayer. When they do, lives change.

Ordinary people in extraordinary situations fuel Maeve Christopher’s imagination. Keep asking “what if” and “why,” and the plot thickens. What could be more fun?

Her bestselling Redemption Series is part family saga, part suspense, and part love story -- with the touch of the Supernatural. Tongue firmly in cheek, it deals with the age-old question: What happens when an assassin falls for a woman who is trying to kill herself?

Maeve’s new series, The Golden Bowl, is set on the scenic coast of Maine. This unusual restaurant caters to the body, soul, and spirit. A large gold bowl on the front porch gives the establishment its name and invites patrons to leave a prayer and take a prayer. When they do: lives change.

Maeve lives in Massachusetts with too many characters and a number of messy subplots. She loves to hear from readers. Subscribe to Maeve’s Email Updates for exclusive content, contests, special offers, and more at http://maevechristopher.com

With Tickets I highly recommend that you read Books 1 and 2 first. You want to make sure not to miss anything. This is a MUST READ series.

I absolutely love the cover of Tickets! After reading this story you'll understand why it fits so perfectly. It's breathtaking.

Of late, I've seem to be guided to reading specific books because they deliver an important message to me when I need it most to help me with life. I choke up thinking of this story and how this author touches me with her words.

With Maeve Christopher's Tickets, oh my word what an amazing read. Besides the cover, I was hooked as soon as I read...Lena Goodwin scribbled her desperate please, "God help me," on an old ticket stub and dropped it into the golden bowl. I've said this many times myself!

Some things mentioned in this story are exactly as I've felt. How did this author know that? That's a sign of an author connecting with readers!

A big take-away for me is that forgiveness helps ME. You should forgive someone for you not them.

While reading and after reading Tickets, EVERY night I try to remember to surrender all to God, the Holy Spirit, Jesus and all my spirit guides. I'd NEVER done that before! What an amazing thing to be able to do.

This story is full of wonderful characters that have become family to me. I so love them all. Tickets has love, friendship, action, faith, suspense, forgiveness, romance, acceptance, mystery, bittersweet moments and some surprises I sure didn't expect. A fantastic package of everything that will grab your heart and soul!

I don't know how this author comes up with these storylines, messages and songs but she surely has touched me deeply with The Golden Bowl Series. This is by far her best series. I want this series to continue, I don't want it to end. This series is way too important to me.

I truly hope everyone reads this series. It's absolutely an incredible journey this author takes you on.

Thank you Maeve Christopher for the gift of your writing.

It was great to have a minor character in book 2 become the focal point of this final book. The author beautifully wove all the characters from the previous two books so that I felt I could say goodbye to them all and know they would all support each other going forward. (Although I must admit that Book Two was my favorite of the three. But that was just personal preference for the subject matter). I like the way so much drama is packed into one story! It was a good reminder that we are all connected, and that what happens to me impacts many other people, many of whom I wouldn't imagine would be impacted. I also liked that the characters really needed to clear up the wreckage of the past in order to move forward, to make amends face-to-face rather than through a phone call or letter. It all comes down to humility enabling us to step bravely into the future. What a satisfying finale to the Golden Bowl series!
