TWISTED LOCKE: Is the third book in Authors Jenika Snow’s and Victoria Ashley’s ‘Locke Brothers’ series. Spoken in ‘Dual Perspectives’ This is Ace’s and Melissa’s story.

Each brother is darker, more twisted than the other, but neither are as lethal or twisted as Ace, each brother has his own method of dishing out pain to ones that have wronged them. Ace’s weapon of choice is a hammer, the pain he creates brings him the pleasure he needs to feed his dark twisted soul. He has no such empathy for people who cross him or his brother's or who hurt others that are weaker than them. Ace is the reason behind why his brothers are the way they are, he brought them into this twisted up lifestyle due to the abuse they suffered at the hands of their no good parents.

No matter how hard Melissa tries to stay away from the Locke brothers property, especially Ace who she seems attracted to her roommate always drags her over to their place with numerous requests

He is a bad boy, rough around the edges, and something in me feels alive around him. I want to feel that danger and violence that I know radiates from him, covers him like a second skin. I want to feel like, with him, I'm on the edge of this cliffand not even caring if I fall over and never reach the bottom.

The Locke boys are what your parents warn you against, everyone’s heard the whispers around town about their reputation, boys to keep well away from, so when Melissa sees Ace with her own eyes all covered in blood you would think that would make her run in the opposite direction but she runs towards him, something inside of her likes the way he protects what is his and Melissa is going to be his no matter what.

It takes precise calculation and precision in his pursuit of Melissa, too soon and she’ll run away, he bides his time, takes things slowly, then pounces when the time is right.

Things may get a little ugly, but I'm going to twist her and shake the f#cking innocence in her.

These two authors definitely kept the best till last, this went that little bit darker, gritty, dirtier, I read this in one sitting, as soon as I started it my world ceased and I was thrown into Ace’s world.

This one was good. Not great. I think book one was by far the best of this series. The last two have lacked something. Heat especially. Again in this one, we are told over and over and over again how twisted Ace is. How dark Ace is. How he has to ease Melissa into his sexual predilections. But when we finally actually get to the sex WAY late into the book, all we get is some mildly rough sex and biting. The book was all repetitive (very repetitive) talk and no action. I was bummed, to say the least. That said, I DO hope Killian gets a book, and he lives up to his dark reputation!

Wow, I absolutely loved this one. Think Ace might be my favorite Locke. Little om drama, but just a blip, the h wasn't interested. Little push/pull, but didn't last too long. There is a little talk of rape, not of the h. Not descriptive. Great story.

Well fuck...
I have this weird tendency of doing things backwards and then my OCD reading throws back a knockout punch...LOL

Anyway, this was fast paced action filled with anticipation of the leading demanding dangerous and twisted alpha Ace Locke who enjoyes just a little bit too much, in hurting and breaking bones of his enemies that want to harm his family. And now, he made his final move-he's after a woman Melissa who has been on his radar for quite some time but he's been holding off cause of his lifestyle...go figure, lol

But now, the waiting is over...and from that moment on...all that you can hear from this male is: mine, mine, mine...you are mine.

Well, you asked for it...lol

These brothers are dangerous, hard and demanding alphas and when they find their match, they are ready to kill to protect the family.

We’re a family.
We’re the Lockes.
We play hard, destroy even harder, but most of all . . . we love with everything in us.

But no matter how much exciting was to read about this dark thrill, it was actually too short of a story for me to develop any stronger feelings for these characters...


But since I met the oldest brother, now i have the need to read about the rest of the bros...😏

Well dayummmmmmm dayum dayum dayum dayum !!!! This book was heavy on the hot !!! Extremely heavy, I'm talking the hotness level of Ace Locke is at a dangerous level.

Ace Locke, aka Twisted Locke is the very definition of the bad boy you can't seem to stay away from. He's intensity is insanely deadly and he screams screams someone you don't want to mess with, someone who will die for those he cares for and someone who will own you mind, body and soul.

And even though Ace is hell intense, I loved that he didn't push Melissa too far. He took his time, he made sure that she was certain. But man he didn't sit back either and the temptation was seriously crazy. He had a way with words and sometimes they were crass and he was blunt and brutally honest. I found myself saying Woah a lot with him.

I thought these two were the perfect fit and while I will say that I was a bit shocked at times by Melissa and how she dealt with some of the Locke ways I do think that it needed to happen. The story just wouldn't have worked had Melissa not reacted to certain situations in the manner that she ultimately did.

The Locke Brothers series has been a wild ride of one intense family that will protect others at all costs and I have to say that this book has been the best one yet. It's got push and pull, off the charts chemistry, intense and often dark situations and a heroine that will make you hot and flustered.

Great read. Great series.

Ace Locke is the most twisted and disturbed brother out of the Locke brothers.

Being the oldest means he received the brunt of his parents abuse and neglect. He shielded his brothers from it. Being the way he was brought up... I don't blame Ace for being twisted AF. somehow though that's the aspect that drew me in. I was intrigued by Ace's viciousness.

Then there is Melissa.... she's a good girl on the exterior. but the interior there's a character that is just as fierce as Ace. And Ace is dead set on bringing that emotion out in her.

I loved Ace's vibe throughout this whole novel. He's fierce, protective, real, and dangerous. A volatile and lethal combination that works for him and left me wanting more!

Twisted Locke is a slightly dark romance with a seriously sexy vibe.

I am loving this author collaboration! Victoria Ashley and Jenika Snow rocked this series!

Twisted Locke by Victoria Ashley is book Three in the Locke Brothers is the story of Melissa Anderson and Ace Locke. I haven't yet read the previous books, so for me this was a standalone book.
Ace is the oldest Locke brother and the one that had go forward to protect his brother and teach them a dark twisted way to survive. Ace has been buying his time it seems with his feelings for Melissa. Ace takes things slow with her until he 'locks' her in to him. Then is game on for him claiming what he feel is his. After reading this book I definitely want to go back and read the others since I enjoyed this one so much.

Hawt Dayummm I am soo excited I got to read Twisted Locke by Victoria Ashley and Jenika Snow. I am such a one clicker with Victoria Ashley’s books!!! Jenika Snow is a new author for me but I am telling you, I could not tell a difference between who wrote what. It was seamless and soo freaking good and in pure Ashley fashion…this book was HAWT as Shit!!! Where is that fire extinguisher, cuz my Kindle is on FIRE!!! lol Hmm I’m thinking I need to go check out Jenika’s books cuz like I said above, I couldn’t tell when one author stopped and another began..Soo good!!!

Melissa was attracted to the oldest Locke..ACE LOCKE He is sooo dangerously sexy and the scariest of the brothers!! But Melissa wanted him and she knew better to mess with him, but the attraction is soo strong she couldn’t back away!

Ace Locke is such an alpha male and he was sooo D I R T Y!!! Yaaassss please can I have more of him!! Lol

Soo get ready to get Fucked up in reading about this Damaged, Savage and Twisted love story..it will Rock your World!!!

Well, I've been waiting for this book to come out and let me tell you, it was darn well worth the wait. The last Locke brother, Ace, is the most brutal of the three. The story continues with Ace and Melissa. He's had his eye on her for awhile now and finally decides to make her his, but he doesn't want to scare her off so he takes it slow at first. Even while "tending" to business, she is on his mind. Melissa isn't sure about what her feelings are for Ace. He intrigues her but he also scares her a little bit. As time goes by, Melissa comes to terms with her feelings for him but will she have what it takes to be part of the Locke family? Very well written, you can feel the emotions the characters have for each other. I really enjoyed this final book and am hoping that maybe in the future, Jenika and Victoria will think about a book for Uncle Killian!!

I fucking love this series. I mean seriously LOVE IT!!!

Ace is the oldest Locke. The one who led himself and his brothers out of the hell they were in. He's the protector the one who leads them in the life they live. He has no apologies for what he does. He does it to protect the weak when the law fails them.

He's had his eye on Melissa from the start but he could see she was scared. He knew he needed to give her time. She was his. He knew it and he knows she does too, deep down, but is too scared to allow it. His patience is running out. Now it's time to claim her. Time to make her his. He just has to show her all of him and hope that she accepts it.

Melissa is scared. The heat and the flirting has been going on from the start. She finds it hard to resist him but she has so far because of all she has heard about him. He's dangerous and holds no prisoners but deep down she can feel something in him that calls to her. She wants him and that scares her even more.

Will she allow him to show her everything? Can she handle it all?

Brilliant, just bloody amazing. All of it. Everything.

Melissa has been in the series from the start. There were little glimpses and heat between the two of them and i loved how it ended. Her journey throughout is fantastic to read. She grows and blossom's into an amazing girl. I loved that even though she was scared she allows Ace to guide her. To show her everything he was and then she embraces it. She's pretty fearless by the end and perfect for Ace. It made me smile big when she got angry on his behalf.

Ace... dark... sexy... dangerous... beautiful... protective. I dare you not to fall for him!! jeezuz!! He's so bloody hot. The way he eases Melissa into his lifestyle. The patience he has with her so she can make the decision for herself had me panting and ready to explode!! By the end i was ready for what he gave Melissa! I needed it!! Bloody hell it was smoking hot! The way he protects, the way he takes her, his protective nature just made me a quivering mess! I FLOVE him!!

The writing, the storyline, the plot, the characters, all of it was simply perfect. I have been captured by this series from the very first word and it hasn't ended yet. This is a series i will highly enjoy reading time and time again. I even felt pride in them all. From their hellish beginnings to the men they are just made my heart soar!

I have actually begged and promised the soul of my first born child to one of the authors if they will write one more book in this series and then a spin off. I'll let you know if she accepts!!

Highly recommend this book and the whole series. Hot, sexy, dark and wonderfully delicious.

They are absolutely amazing reads that you do not want to miss. Twisted Locks is Ace's story

Ace Locke can be described a damaged, savage, twisted. Heck it describes all three of them to a T. They were all wronged by the ones that were suppose to protect them. The ones who were suppose to love them....to show us how to love. It doesn't matter though, because they taught themselves to love in the best way they know how. When it comes to giving their heart away, they do it with everything in them. They may be dangerous , but they love hard. Melissa doesn't quiet get that yet. But she will. She got dragged into their messed up world, afraid and unsure of them. Ace is about to change all that. He is going to twist her up and sake the innocence in her. And bu the time he is through with her, she is going to be his beautiful twisted angel.

If you have read any of the Locke Brother books, you know that the Locke's are some fiercely loyal loving men. They believe when they meet the one they are to be with they will know and will claim them as theirs. While we watched the others fall in love Ace always remained a mystery and never seemed to interested in anyone. He too is the one that has suffered the most at the hands of their parents and he certainly has a special kind of love for his hammer and anyone who tries to get to their family or is horrible to another woman. Sure they are taking the law into their own hands, but everyone knows to fear them and has heard the stories about them. This is where Melissa is. She has heard the stories, hung out with the Locke's enough to have seen some of their heart, but she is not so sure that she should give her heart to Ace. She is super attracted to him and his darkness. They are polar opposites in the kind of parents they had but something in Melissa gets Ace. Ace is one determined to make Melissa his man and I loved watching they way he did it unfold. He didn't scare her he didn't force her he just simply.....well you have to read to find out how it all goes. I promise though it is a love story you do not want to miss. I closed this book with such a big smile on my face. I have loved each of these brothers for different reasons. I don't know that I could pick a favorite.

If you have not read this series you are missing out on some awesome stories. Victoria Ashley and Jenika Snow have written these books so well that you will be hard pressed to figure out who was writing what part. I know I couldn't and I have read every book that Victoria Ashley has ever written. Excellent job ladies.

I don't think labeling Ace Locke as a Bad Boy is either adequate or justly descriptive enough...he is aptly named Twisted Locke!

The entire Locke boys clan led a horrifying life. And in coming full circle, the Locke men unleash, yes, unleash, a justice and punishment fitting the offense for which they stand as Judge and Jury. Ace is the oldest, the toughest, the most brutal. But he loves even harder than he punishes. A fact only his inner circle understands. And he wants to encircle Melissa.

Melissa like most have heard the rumors and felt the fear of Ace. But she's intrigued and embarrassed by the fact she's fascinated as well. She should run. But Ace wants her and he takes what he wants.

Now don't judge me for my honesty. I've no doubt we share some of the same feelings, just maybe not openly or publicly. But...most of us secretly root for Ace. He inflicts the justice we want but often can't get. And like Melissa, deep down, occasionally we need that soul cleansing as well. Rules and conscious stop us physically but mentally, we abandon them when we're alone in our thoughts, our hurt, our anger.

But to have someone steadfastly ready to protect...it's human nature to desire. Ace was absolutely the Alpha male in every sense but this quote, well, if that doesn't seal the deal nothing will.

"They can try, but they won’t succeed. Because when you’ve got something so good nothing else matters, you’ll lay bodies at your feet to ensure you never let it go. That’s what I have with Melissa. The ground I walk on will be littered with the fallen who try to take her from me."

This has been a great series. Likeable characters, quirks and occasional questionable methods included. Great read!

DAMN that was a really good read. It was so good that I finished it in one sitting after it hit my tablet. But, I also didn't expect anything less from the minds of Victoria Ashley and Jenika Snow. I can say that I am glad that I wasn't reading this one in public, because I would of been red in the face by how hot these characters are together. Ace's dirty mouth will have you squeezing your thigh together and in need of a new pair of panties.
I have read and re-read the other Locke brother books, and i can already see this one is going to be re-read many times. I just can't get enough of these brothers. I loved Aston's book, and I really loved Sterling's book. But, I really FUCKING LOVED Ace's book. i want an Ace Locke of my own after reading this book.
If you have read the other book, then you know that Ace is the most twisted of the brothers. But, I also just knew that he was going to be the one to fall the hardest when he found that perfect woman. And I was right. Melissa is Ace's perfect twisted angel, and when they came together it was fucking hot as hell. I could not get enough of these two, I wanted more.

These Locke brothers are definitely the bad boys your mama warns you to stay away from. And yet these Locke brothers are the bad boys you can't get enough.
Ace is the most twisted, yet was the HOTTEST for me. A big bad dirty boy, Yes Please!
Melissa fought it and it was understandable. He is one scary intimidating man. He can do physical damage but she was more worried about her heart.
I loved watching him fight his urges and go slow with her. He knew she was worth it!
Their story turned dark and dirty once all their feelings were out. I loved it!! This was definitely my favorite in the series.
Really hoping for a book for Uncle Killian.

Ace is the oldest of the Locke boys and the darkest some might say. There is only one person that seems to calm his darkness and that’s Melissa. Melissa has known of the Locke boys for a while. She is scared of them but secretly lusts after the oldest one, Ace. Now that her roommate and friend is dating the youngest Locke brother she finds herself at their home seeking Ace more than she would like to admit. Told in dual POV

Liked the intensity of the H and his obsessiveness with the h. However, he was often smoking a joint which was a big turn off. Plus, what in the world do these guys do to make money? Do they work? While I'm on the subject, how the hell are these guys getting away from half of the things they do without getting in trouble with the police? Lastly, the h's turn near the end where she enjoyed the violence and brutality did not make sense from the person she is in the previous books.

Wow love Ace he is definitely the twisted one of the bunch but I still love him I think he is my favorite one of the three brothers so far. I hope we get to hear from their uncle too he seems an interesting fellow too. But I'm just glad the brothers got their HEA for everything they went through this was just a perfect ending to the series love it.

Fantastic

OMG!!! Ace is every woman's fantasy and every man's competition. Seriously though there is no competing with a man who loves with his whole heart and soul and will protect his loved ones with every ounce of his strength. Family is everything to Ace but the love of a good woman is exactly what he needs. Melissa has wanted Ace since the beginning but she's heard the rumors and is rightfully scared but the more time she spends with the Locke family she sees what's hers for the taking. Melissa isn't about to let other people's opinions blind her to what she wants and needs. She's a strong and independent woman but she needs love and acceptance which Ace is more than willing to give. They make the perfect pair and this is definitely a must read. 5 big bright beautiful stars!! Victoria and Jenika are EPICALLY FABULOUS!!

We now have the last Locke brother’s book and it is a doozy—here is Ace’s book! Ace is the most intense, the rawest, and the most brutal in the series. Ace is the oldest Locke. He's had his eye on Melissa from the start but he could see she was scared. Ace knew that he needed to give Melissa time; he knew that she was his - He knew it and he knows she knows it too but is just so scared to admit it to herself and to him. Thing is, his patience is about out so its time for him to claim her and make her his. When he does that, he will show her all of him. Will she be able to accept all of him? Melissa is scared. They have been flirting and that has been ok but she is afraid to go any further. She has heard rumors about him which scares her terribly. He's dangerous –terribly dangerous and she is afraid what he would do to her. She wants him and that scares her even more.
Will Melissa allow him to show her everything or will she freeze and completely back off from Ace ? Would she be able to handle everything?
The writing, the plot, the characters, everything about this book is simply perfect. I have been entranced by this series from the very first page and it hasn't ended for me yet. This is a series I will enjoy reading over and over again. From their hellish starts to the men they are now just made my heart soar and my pulse race!

We finally get the most twisted brother of them all and he doesn't disappoint. Ace is by far the most dangerous, dark and disturbed yet in the all the best ways. He fights and keeps safe the most vulnerable and ones that matter most. He is the oldest brother so he has seen and experienced the most grief out of them all. Melissa is the girl in his sights but she isn't so willing to open her heart so fast. I loved how Ace just knew she was for him, set his sights and went after her. When he started calling her angel I was sold! That was beyond sweet and endearing! It just shows another side to him. I like how the story progressed and how they didn't jump into things so fast where Melissa was always the more guarded one out of the ladies. I think she is quite the match for Ace. The Locke brothers don't hold back in more ways than one. Ace has so many layers to him and I loved seeing the crazy brother's layers peeled back little by little. He had me falling in love with him and quickly became my favorite Locke brother. If the Locke brothers teach you anything it is never to judge a book by the cover. You may not understand or agree with things they do but they do it for a meaning and a purpose. I truly adored them all and feel lucky to have experienced these dark, twisted and destructive brothers.

DARK, GRITTY & HOT!

Wow! Way to end the series with a BANG! Ace Locke just stole my heart in this book! Honestly, Melissa and Ace may now be my favorite Locke couple! Ace is so intense, I love his twisted yet soft side. His protectiveness is so sexy too. **fans self** Melissa is his perfect match. Fierce and strong. You can’t help but love them together.

Victoria Ashley and Jenika Snow hit this one out of the park! If you are a lover of dark romance, I highly recommend picking up this series, and if you have already read the first two books, you are going to love this Twisted ride!

This series has been truly amazing to read. I loved the build up between Ace and Melissa that started from the end of damaged locke. Ace truly surprised me in his book. There is much more depth to ace than meets the eye. His patience with Melissa showed how much she meant to him from the start. Melissa also surprised me and I think that was more shocking than with ace. I loved seeing her evolve throughout the book. I’m sad that the book is over and I would love to read a book with uncle killian.

DAMN! That was one sexy book! I love Ace's possessiveness of Melissa. He goes after what he wants and he isn't afraid to stake is claim on what is his. Melissa finally comes out of her shell and admits to herself what she truly wants and what will make her happy. I am so glad all 3 brothers found such strong willed women who stand by them, always. A GREAT way to end the series. I wish there were more!!!

After reading all the reviews, I was already excited to read Ace's story. Reading it for myself was ten times better!! I loved it and Ace has become my favorite Locke brother. Twisted Locke is the third book and Ace and Melissa's story. Ace is the most twisted of the Locke brothers but I think he was also sweet to Melissa. They were great together. They had amazing chemistry and hot hot sexy scenes! I loved them! I love this series, I am sad it is the last one!

Ace is a hot, ott j/p Hero who goes mine mine mine. So why only 3? Coz the build up is so slow, there’s barely any smexy time (it was towards the end). The book over all is not that hot as I would have expected for a ‘dark’ H.
