Betrayal, distrust, and vengeance are all in the air, as Ally is forced to confront her fears. Who is she? What is she? They had no plans on giving up on their goals and were even prepared to get their hands bloody if needed. Either Benedict married Moira or he had to forfeit his assets. Will Benedict rescue Ally before the stroke of midnight? And, Gabriel Harlan? Well, he had his own agenda. Will he continue to seek justice for his family? Or, would he be distracted by the beautiful Pam? Unbroken, the third installment of the Bitten series, delivers an action-packed adventure filled with mysterious creatures, powerful vampires, unexpected twists, and magic. So, are you thirsty?
Merrill Gemus is a Canadian author who creates short stories, novels, and mini-series in her spare time.
She started blogging in January 2009 and found an interest in creating stories. She published her first novella, Bitten, in May 2011, and later published its sequel, Stolen, in August 2011.
Merrill took a small break from writing between 2012 and 2017. During this time, she married her best friend in 2012, had a first child, a daughter, in 2015 and another little girl in 2017.
In 2016, she finalized the outline and completed the Bitten Vampires Series, Unbroken, in February 2018.
We waited years for the 3rd installment to still get a cliffhanger?!? Why not end the story and shift the storyline to Gabe? Disappointed in the 3rd book.
The story picked up where it left off, so it would be best to read the previous story before starting this one. It was nice to jump right back into the story.
I love the devotion between Ben and Ally, they truly love each other and are willing to fight for it no matter the consequences.
The ending was a bit disappointing, I thought this was the last book but it was left as an open ending, it seems as another book might be coming.
Overall is not a bad book, but it definitely needs more. The back story could have been developed more and a continuation is a must.
I waited for the book for so many years. I thought the author was never going to complete this story. I know this can't be all to this story bcuz so many questions was unanswered. 3.5 stars The storyline was still great but disappointed on how it ended.
This series was a very good read. It was full of action, mystery, emotion and best of all it was written logically. It was truly worth the wait for the 3rd and final book of the series. Merrill even left enough cliff hangers to start a new series. Love it!
The author has great potential but writes as if she needs to find words for a 500 page essay. She rewrote many passages within the chapters; she restates what just happened as if to fill the page with empty words. I read the 3 books and was greatly disappointed. Again, the author has a lot of potential but needs to refine and find a editor.
