Friends since childhood, Thomas and Emily are no strangers to loss. It’s what brought the two opposites together in the beginning. Despite having grown apart over the years, Thomas thinks his father’s letters hold the answer to his parent’s disappearance years ago and he convinces Emily to help him find them. Book 1 is the beginning of Thomas and Emily’s journey as they follow clues and discover a town called Wonderful. The first installment of the Underlands Series will appeal to adventure and fantasy readers.

Excellent read!! Intriguing with the perfect amount of curiousity that keeps you coming back for more. I started this book on a Monday morning and had it finished by the following Tuesday night! I could not put it down and as soon as I finished it I was ready for the next part.

This is the story of Thomas and Emily as they seek to discover what happend to Thomas' parents many years before. Everyone else thinks they are dead but are they? The sweet friendship between these two, (though they are both hoping for more!) and the road trip of a lifetime lead this couple to a town called Wonderful, where they meet Sheriff, Mayor and Mechanic, not just jobs but their actual names too. But is this town as "wonderful" as it sounds? Or is it just a front for something deeply evil that is going on? We don't know but I cannot wait to find out in the next installment!!!

Luminants

Thomas and Emily are following a map looking for adventure. They find a town called wonderful where things just aren't quite what they seem.
At the end of part one they meet some man who knows Thomas's father ....

Interesting story

While the story is interesting, I have to only give a 4 rating, due to awkward sentence construction and mixing of verb tenses. This makes the story not flow easily . Proofing by a English teacher could help this abnormal and uncomfortably out of phase texture.

Awesome read!

It was recommended to me and I'm glad I got a copy. Characters are relatable and story has a unique twist to it, I can help but turn the pages. Looking forward to book 2.

The premise was very good, if slightly derivative. I didn't like the cliffhanger ending, as I believe that books in a series should stand on their own.
