Ashton can't stop pining after the hot construction worker Marv who started working right in his work neighborhood.
But the guy seems like Ashton wouldn't even be on his radar. He looks just like any other straight guy, standing with his buddies, drinking beer, and talking about women. Until one night Ashton sees him in the gay club 'Manhole' with the very guy Ashton has been hooking up with for some time.

And then, of course, there's Jacob, self-proclaimed Marv stalker. And Ashton keeps running into him for some reason.

Yess that was sweet and somehow desperate. Some very nice personalities and some lesser.
It was a great read. A 'stalker', a 'loser', one in the closet and one dumb.

Ashton thinks of himself as a loser...when he sees Marv asking him for a light he can't believe his eyes what a beauty.
He is very surprised after a message from Ben for a second date. So there he goes to the Club....and o gosh it's a threesome....because there is Marv too.... When you see Marv you see his shadow Jacob. So four of them in the same room.....

Ashton is a really sweet one and a bit misused by others.... but he has some qualities...
There are only two deserved winners in this story and I loved them both!

4.5 stars.🌟  A great start to a series. This was a first time read for this author and I loved it. It has a slow start but once it gets going it forms a great and beautiful story. Austin has always been invisible to people even to his family. Finding love can be unexpected and true love can be right under there noses.  Marv, Jacob and Ben play a role in this beautiful novella. An eating disorder is involved in the story-line. Set in a fast pace around holidays times.
Aston was 26 and just cruising his boring lonely life. Finding a flyer that got his attention he grabbed it putting it his locker before anyone saw. 
Checking the eye candy construction workers across the street wasn't any harm either.
Marv 39 construction worker.. who had a past hookup, Jacob that kept hanging around..
