Can two imperfect shifters make the perfect relationship?
Kyle is an abused Omega wolf shifter who finds refuge with the Gaitlin River Pack. But he finds his new freedom-filled world challenging. Kyle’s instant attraction to shifter therapist Matthew Griffin confuses him more. Fated mates were a fairytale in Kyle's mind. But Kyle won’t share the details of his former life because he must keep his true mission secret. Otherwise, an innocent will suffer.
Matthew “Griff” Griffin did what few shifters have. He trained in a human-dominated profession —psychology. Landing a job as the therapist for Gaitlin River Pack was a dream come true. He enjoyed helping rescued Omegas gain a new life. But Griff’s world was overturned by a handsome shifter that came through his door. Kyle refused to talk about his former life, which made it difficult for Griff to help him. But how could he when his wolf-self recognized Kyle as his mate? Griff hangs between his wolf’s need to claim his mate, and his human need to maintain professional boundaries.
Can Kyle and Griff navigate the mire of their messy lives? And can they save the one person that Kyle owes more to than his allegiance?

If you like a good omega story with action, this is one for you to read.
When Kyle and Griff first meet, they try to ignore their wolves' declarations of being mates. This story winds through the lies and machinations involving an outlaw pack alpha and a broken omega trying to protect his mate and his son. There are many twists and turns. There is also a lot of violence and gore, which some may find disturbing. This is not a sweet, uncomplicated romance tale.
I loved this story of Griff and Kyle. Both are living a live they do not want. Griff does not know a lot of his live as in shifter. It a will ride for the reader and I loved the emoties. The making of a new pack a story worth reading.
The series ends with book four. Sadly it has not improved since the beginning, and missing/incorrect words and grammatical errors are still common. This book ends on a positive note.
