A good book to read especially to prepare you on the upcoming election in Malaysia. Lim Kit Siang wrote with so much clarity and depth especially on the 2008 budget flaws and weaknesses. He also expressed his view on the interference of Najib when Perak was facing unconstitutional power grab in 2008. Corruption, abuse of power and nepotism is the main highlight in this book. The book also wrote about how huge the differences are between Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Najib Razak. Lim Kit Siang thought that Abdullah may not be able to deliver his promises but changes are on the way when he took the mantle as prime minister while his predecessor is resisting the change and hope to maintain the old way of governing UMNO and Malaysia. 9 years has passed but this book is still relevant to read and comprehend thoroughly. I'm looking forward to read other books from him.
