Just Like Lizzie

Rate this book
When Lizzie goes to a local modeling tryout, she gets a contract with Teen Attitude magazine. Totally cool, right? Wrong. Everyone-even her very best friends-are treating her like a celeb, and Lizzie hates it. Plus, a new girl likes Lizzie so much, she starts to imitate her. But who needs a living clone?

3/5 - This book was cute, definitely need to go back and re-watch the episodes on them, but the nostalgia of Lizzie is my favorite part.

I don’t have to argue with you that yeah this book is not my favorite and it is one of those novels that doesn’t matter. But listen up now.

Let me start off by saying I love that cover.

It is just so damn gorgeous.

And Lizzie actually learns something. She strives to change her character, she wants good to happen.

No stupid stupid stereotypes. Just a lot of love.

Liked this one. It had its mistakes, but it was cool.

One more star added then my last review on the same series.

This book contains two stories. In the first one, Lizzie ends up as a teen model, and her friends reactions to her are the main part of the story. It's a little odd in that things go well for Lizzie (without any problems at first), but because they go well, it causes problems.

The second story finds Lizzie in the eighth grade. She befriends a seventh grader who then starts treating her like a role model, almost to the point of obsession.
