There are two characteristics shared by the most successful brands. First, they do a fantastic job of repeatedly communicating to their audience their identity, values, who is their ideal client and they do it with great clarity. Second, they realize that the secret to their success is the relationship—and connection—they establish and keep with their target audience over time. These companies consistently fulfill their promises to customers and are characterized by clarity, consistency, and engagement.

This book taught me a lot about brand identity.

A book that contains activities to help guide the reader towards developing their company brand, mission, vision, business plan and future.

A variety of examples were presented from the author's clientele. Which adds value to the advice presented in the book.

Information is easy to flow, straightforward and we'll structured.

I highly recommend this read to aspiring business owners, content creators, brand developing or marketing.
