Fear Less is a self-help book, aiming to help people fear less, by giving examples, tips, and coaching material.

While I found the author's style of writing simple enough and adequately explanatory, I believe the advice included is overly simplistic. Some of the tips are good. Others, however, are common sense, and therefore not really tips, and some of them I found I disagree 100% on. There was a lot of self-coaching walk-through involved, some of which was actually smart.

All in all, this is not a book I found particularly useful. It might be very appealing to some readers, however this was definitely not an interesting self-help read for me.
