This cookbook might be helpful for novices but as an experienced backpacker I didn’t get any new ideas. A lot of the recipes like “Joe’s exciting sandwich” ( Ingredients: 2 small hamburger buns 2 slices Tillamook Cheddar cheese, 4 slices Hillshire Farms deli select ham, Optional: favorite condiments in single serving packets.) weren’t really recipes but instructions on how to make a ham and cheese sandwich with a side of product placement.
