Elizabeth Wakefield is walking on air. She can't wait to attend the prom on the arm of her sexy date, Devon Whitelaw. But when her ex-boyfriend, Todd Wilkins, wants to be alone with her one last time, will Elizabeth be swept away by a flood of romantic memories?
Jessica Wakefield, Sweet Valley's most infamous party girl, is in no mood to celebrate. She's been ditched by her prom date and pegged as a loser on the biggest night of the year! Will Jessica be forced to spend the night by herself, or will true romance blossom when she least expects it?
Francine Paula Pascal was an American author best known for her Sweet Valley series of young adult novels. Sweet Valley High, the backbone of the collection, was made into a television series, which led to several spin-offs, including The Unicorn Club and Sweet Valley University. Although most of these books were published in the 1980s and 1990s, they remained so popular that several titles were re-released decades later.
Wow, just wow. Yeah, this one was dire. I read this years ago and I found my original review and ok, while I didn't skip any of it this time around like I did last time, the rest of my original review still stands (clears throat) "This one was WAY annoying - when they weren't all being very selfish, they were all feeling sorry for themselves - get a grip you losers!!" Liz was stringing Todd and Devon along, Jess was her usual arrogant self trying to "steal" Devon back from Liz, Todd sees the light at the end and tells Liz he won't be played anymore (for now anyway) after Courtney Kane tries to kill him!
