It is no news that Cricket is more than just a sport in India. But have you ever wondered how much you could learn from this game that has brought out the best of management skills of some of our cricketing greats?
Management T20 elucidates some core topics of management while referencing cricket as an example to comprehend these topics. Be it India’s foremost global batsman, Rahul Dravid, or New Zealand’s Brendon McCullum, who is known for his strategic plays; there is a management lesson to be learnt from each of them.
So pick up this book and be drawn into the charisma of cricket and management!
Not a worthy read. Topics aren't explained in a right manner. It look like more or less copy paste thing. At most parts unnecessary connection is drawn between cricket management. It looked more like a cricket highlights book rather than management. Each cricket topic differs from what is mentioned in it. In most of the chapters management part discussed is poor and cricket part is even more on poor side... Plus takeways from chapter are just stated like that.
I think author at a later stage forgot that he is writing a book on management and not on cricket.
What could have been a really good book (had it been worked upon properly) is just a below average book.
