Lovely...if you have a gourmet chef on staff. Lots of special ingredients or nit-picky little steps for something popped in your mouth and gone in less than a second. It's nice to know that people would create these elegant bits, but it's not practical.
I picked up this one just because it was by Payard. Halfway through, I realized that I don't tend to make appetizers, much less fancy ones. I'md definitely not the target demographic.
