A wonderful fantasy novel of a teenaged boy who is sent to live with relatives because of some trouble. There he starts to find himself and realizes many things about himself and others. He is caught up in an adventure in the Iron Age and is offered the gift of immortality. The decision will shape his life, one way or another as his modern life clashes against the magic of legend. A thoroughly engaging read; action packed and filled with life altering choices. This book is a must read. It is well written, and the characterization is superb. The reader easily bonds with the characters and the story matters to us! Don’t miss this book!
