I was expected to something more after the first half of the book. The second half seems a debate between psychiatrists and therapists, and some definitions of different situations (I wouldn’t say diseases).
Arnold Lazarus, together with his son, Clifford Lazarus, shared 116 easy to follow ideas for keeping your sanity in this mad-gone world. While the first half of the book is really worth reading and easy to integrate in your every day life, the second one seems a bit difficult to follow. The second half treats food-related disorders or how to choose a therapist, topics that need larger texts to be dissected and analyzed. All in all it is an okay-ish read for both psychology students and anyone interested in finding out more about their problems. :)
