Great read looking at how we hide the real us from people to keep people from getting to know the real person.
Has tremendous applications for the church and how "faking" can have consequences for the churches greatest command and commission.

Excellent book - challenges you to the core as to why you go to church - never get complacent in entering into His presence - never go to church for anyone except the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Church is not a social club - but a Holy place where you come to reverence His name and lift His name on high - honour - glorify - worship and adore Him and as you do you receive encouragement and exortation to love and good works from fellow lovers of God.

Good book. Forces the reader to be introspective about their motivations to serve in church. 4 starts because it was definitely worth a read, not 5 because some parts of the book were hard to get through. Dense and at times repetitive or even redundant. Still definitely worth a read. Solid book.
