As someone that lived these moments with the author, but did not read any of this book until it was published, I was still touched by her story. It brought me back to those days where we shared laughter and tears. This book reveals a side of her that few people outside of her close circle get to experience as she takes you through her spiritual awakening and walk through life and tragedy. I highly recommend it!
This was an engaging and eye-opening book for me, and I am much better off as a person after having read it; I strongly recommend it. I was expecting a story to be told, but I quickly discovered that Krista’s story is chock full of life events that directly intertwine with personal and spiritual growth; close friendships; and the challenges of living life as a mother, spouse, spiritual being, healthcare professional, and business owner. Most of us know that life is full of challenges; the author provides vital explanations and a framework that show us how these challenges can be met and overcome. Most importantly, she shows how we can learn and grow from life’s curveballs while becoming closer and more connected to those we love.
This book inspired me to be more intentional about living each day to the fullest and keeping faith even during the toughest trials in life. Krista is a true inspiration and I respect and admire her courage. It will change your perspective on how you live each day and make you a better person by reading it. I highly recommend it!
