I was enthusiastic until I was about half way through. Then I got blogged down in his repetitious micro-managing details.
I did realize that procrastinating is not just sitting around putting off doing what you are supposed to do, it is doing a bunch of other important stuff to put off what you are supposed to be doing.
Quotable quotes:
"Without a witness, our lives would be meaningless."
"Start building a cathedral rather than just cutting stones." (doing)
"You don't change your results with 'results thinking.'" (mindset)

Very useful but extremely difficult to digest. Very useful tricks, and indeed, very useful.
It could have been much shorter to be easier For readers. It will take me years to apply what you advice given such lengthy details with unnecessarily details . For someone with depression and anxiety, who is trying to move forward in his life, this has been very tedious to read. I love the tips and advices in the book though,

Please don't be dissuaded by my 3 star review. This book is good and can definitely help you with what it claims. The problem is the writing. It needs a very good editor. The book needs entire sections cut out and some sections need to be rewritten. But overall a decent read recommended to me by Randy Ingermanson.

The books has a couple of good ideas and ways to deal with project setting and goal achieving. I don't believe none of them are original nor ground breaking, but if you are willing to go through the author repetitiveness, you might find a couple of things here that you can apply to your day-to-day :)

Needs proof reading

Really needs a good proof reader. Some spelling mistakes, lots of grammar/phrasing issues.

I think good food for thought, but too many groups of actions. “Check this list of 30 things...”, maybe not the best approach for a procrastinator:)

The 118 actions may work better as a linear narrative, since they follow the flow of the book. Was glad I read it though.

Smart but not written like a book should read

There were multiple errors in the grammar that took away from the overall book. This book did help me change my mindset though. Effort over results!

I tried to read it, but will admit that I gave it less of a chance when I realised the author didn't know the pronoun they existed.
