Seeing Her Secrets

Very short story
I was given this book in exchange for an honest opinion. First of all, I went in blind so I had no idea what this book was about. Putting aside the feminist in me, this was an okay read. The female character was a fan of one nighters and meets a random in her favorite bar. He says things that would make me throw a drink in his face, but she gets turned on. BUT, she leaves without him. This short story runs the span of three days or so, with some creepy (to me) incidents. But she's turned on. IDK, this just wasn't my cuppa, I guess. The authors writing was good and I will be checking out more of her work, but this book just wasn't for me. I love smut as much as most of you, but this was a little too creepy for me to be sexy. Just didn't care too much for the three main characters.
If you can suspend belief and looking for a quick read, this would do.

This book contains very little that can be called romance. There is graphic sex and I am extremely unhappy about the absence of consent.
Corey is arrogant, bossy and definitely a creep. He meets Stacey in a bar and tells her what he is going to do to her. She decides not to accommodate him and drives home, only to find out that he is her new neighbour and a Peeping Tom.
The next day she also discovers that he is her boss. He orders her to remove her knickers and give them to him. Then, while she is at lunch, he copies her house key and plants a hidden camera in her bedroom.
When Stacey is asleep Corey enters the house and sticks his unsheathed dick into her. OK, he does not hurt her and ensures that she finds the experience pleasureable ...
*** BUT ***
Is this consensual sex?
Is it rape?
Is this bullying in the workplace?
Is it something you want to read?

I am voluntarily writing this review for this book I received through arc.
Stacy is out at the club when she sees a lot of the men she had been with. While sitting there a man comes up to talk to her and as much as she wanted to jump him but, he was so arrogant. When she gets back to her house to go out toward her patio when she looks across the way and sees Corey.
She goes into work the next day she finds out that Corey is her new boss. When she comes home to a new chair on her back porch. She gets a text from Corey giving her instructions of what to do with herself. He also told her that he had made a key to her house and he brought the chair. Later that night when she is sleeping Corey came into her bedroom
Twists, turns, three ways and secrets. This is a good short book.

This was an ok read. The way it is written was just weird and not realistic. If there would have been a little more between Corey and Stacy before the twist it would have made more sense and been a lot better.
