Journey of healing everything

Encouraging, challenging, motivating...personal story of transforming himself body, mind, soul, habits. Details of changed eating habits and workout goals. I liked his passion- he was relentless in hunting down blockages and weaknesses. I don’t agree with the shamanistic healing he used. But I cheered for him in his pursuit of health.
