I found this book in a cafe/bookshop in Vienna and bought it on a whim,since I was just fresh out of books and needed something small and thin to fit into my hand luggage.
Whitman had been on my list for ages,and when I saw it,I kind of bought it on a whim,and I did not regret it.
It gave me some more context on the Civil War and made me think more about topics I had purposefully avoided to think about because they made me uncomfortable,so it was a very important read for me.
