Vinnie is an enforcer for a London organized crime family, with his trademark being the use of a hacksaw to convince debtors to pay their debts. In the middle of collecting a debt, Vinnie receives an urgent phone call from his niece, who is attending college in Louisiana. She's been kidnapped. Vinnie stops the torture, packs his hacksaw and boards a flight to America. Vinnie tracks his niece's phone call to a backwoods diner, surrounded by the vast swamps of Louisiana. In talking with some of the colorful locals, Vinnie concludes that his niece was kidnapped by a group of human traffickers, who use an abandoned hotel in the middle of the swamp to cater to the whims of the rich, where they pay to indulge in their wildest fantasies and where there are no taboos.
