Great primer book
Certainly not the end all, be all book on the subject (not that it tries to be), but an excellent primer to start dreaming about the subject. After reading, I felt permission to not make my upcoming sabbatical all about study and learning. I think this makes it a worthwhile read, not to mention the many other resources listed within.
