Dr. Many and his colleagues did a great job with this book. The authors offer an organized, well-designed guide on coaching PLC teams. The content is so rich with proven strategies on how to grow PLC teams in your school. The Pathway tools chapter 5 focuses on are worth the price of the book. I am excited to incorporate these tools into our PLC collaboration. I need to spend more time with chapter 3 and dig deeper into the SIG (strategy implementation guide). This book is a great resource for instructional coaches and principals and will not be a "read it once and put it on the shelf" addition to my professional library.

Really great book with practical and real world applications to better the PLC process and coaching culture in school.
So many good diagrams, ways to start conversations, and structure teams. Good ideas for singular PLCs as well.
WILL BE REFERRING BACK TO!!
