Vegas Boss is a love story between a cop and a mob boss. Nicole is a cop working undercover as a stripper to discover a Russian mafia that works from there. She’ll do everything to get information and one night she spends the night with Misha. She thinks Misha is part of that mafia and she’s right. Nicole will arrest Misha, but then something happens and she will get help from Misha.

I liked Misha and Nicole. Nicole is smart, passionate, strong and determined. She works very hard, because she wants to proof herself and to quickly finish the undercover assignment. Nicole is immediately attracted to Misha and sparks fly between them. Misha is strong, protective and dangerous. The mafia is his family and he would do anything for it, but Nicole will become even more important to him.

I liked Vegas Boss, but I didn’t enjoy it like I did with the author’s other books. This book is fast paced, hot and suspenseful. I liked the twists and turns. I really struggled with how fast everything went. Misha and Nicole are very different people. They only spend a few days together during the whole book, so both of them change very fast and gave up a lot for love. I did love the epilogue. It was beautiful and adorable.

Vegas Boss: A Mafia Hitman Romance is a love story about two character one wouldn't think to pair up: a cop and a mob boss.

Nicole, the cop, is undercover as a stripper at a club. Her mission is to find what the hell is going on at this specific club and if the Russian's are behind it. A one night stand with Misha, the mob boss, as her world stopping. She eventually arrests the guy but then goes on her word in court because her sister is now "missing." Yeah, basically shit hits the fan real quick within the first two chapters.

Overall, I liked Misha and Nicole as a couple. They were cute, sexy, likable, and I loved the smut between the two. The one thing I didn't like about them was that.. everything kind of was rushed. They immediately liked each other and all of that. I kind of a wanted a little bit of a slow burn.. but I guess I can accept their love? I just think their whole relationship could've slow down since things picked really up within a matter of days.

Yeah, sorry.. it just wasn't realistic to me. Other than that, I enjoyed the book. It was a quick and easy read with likable characters. The epilogue was equally adorable and made me smile. Again, I just wish that the romance didn't feel so rushed.. but it was okay in the end.

This story reminded me a lot of this author's Hitman series, which I enjoyed reading tremendously. The story of Misha and Nicole grabbed my attention right away, which made me read this book in a shorter time than it usually takes me. The physical attraction between Misha and Nicole was almost palpable. The character Nicole is tough and driven and she has to deal with this pitfalls of working in a “boys club”, which makes her work that much harder. Misha’s character is strong and commanding, and one who holds women in a higher regard. When he finds out that Nicole was an undercover cop, he shouldn’t want her, but he does (and vice versa).

This story was filled with action, some surprising twist, and quite a bit of heat! If you enjoyed the hitman series you will like this. I am giving this book 4.5 stars, even though I really enjoyed it reading it, certain parts of the ending and the explanations of things just didn’t quite get me to give this a full 5 stars. If you’re looking for a HEA, you get it.

Misha might be Russian mafia, but he couldn't deny his feelings for Nicole, even as he believed she betrayed him. This was a thrilling read with good twists and secrets, and I enjoyed it very much. Trying to find out who was good and bad kept me engaged, and the sexual chemistry between Misha and Nicole was so good.

This author always writes some pretty steamy books. Love her work.

I found Misha Chaykovsky very sexy. I loved how calm. cool, and collect he was. He had that danger about him that women found sexy but I guess that came with being part of the Russian Mafia.

I tried to picture what it was like for Nicole Burns. Here she was undercover and having to cross lines she probably never thought she would cross but who better to cross them with then with Misha.

Misha was a man to be respected and to be crossed and betrayed by Nicole and have to wonder what was truly going through his mind.

I loved the chemistry between Nicole and Misha and I love the trust they had in each other. They will find they need each other to get through what they are faced with and I love how they pulled together.

This was truly a great read and did love every minute of the read.

Gritty, Romantic and Delightfully Entertaining!!!

Officer Nicole Burns is working undercover at a strip club. Misha is with the Russian mob, and her target. When she gets a little too personal with him sparks ignite. But she is able to get the appropriate evidence and arrest him. He has an opportunity to harm her and escape, but he does not as his honor code does not allow him to hurt a woman.

When Nicole’s sister is kidnapped in exchange for assisting in Misha’s release from jail, Nicole is surprised to discover he has no part in it – and they work together to rescue her sister. Explosive attraction and twists in plot make this an exhilarating story!!

Loved this mafia read. Nicole is an undercover cop working as a stripper trying get some evidence on the Russian mob and this Misha maybe be the way to do it. They spend a hot night together and the next day she ends up arresting him. What will happen when she needs his help? Fast-paced read with loads of drama and suspense. I was hooked from beginning to end on this steamy read. I loved it!

Yep, that was an Alexis Abbott storyline through and through!
How do I know? Besides the obvious.. her name displayed on the cover and what not.

The first book I ever read by the creative stylings of this author was 'Owned by The Hitman.' Since that book, I have fallen hard for every mobbed up, dark military hero, naughty ' bad boy' she has written! Her mob stories are my absolute favorites and are always the ones I go to reread.
This passionate battle is no different!
A Vegas setting with Bravata Boss Misha - who gets himself tangled up with undercover agent Nicole- the two are on different sides of the law until they blur together with corruption, lies, lust, stubbornness and the need to finish what they started.
Hot -n- heavy-hearted this fast-moving plot twister kept me loving the bad boy, virtually high fiving his strong-willed, smart female counterpart ( thank you for that!) and not wanting the battle of the mind body and souls to end!

Misha is the mob boss in Las Vegas, but he’s also his own hitman, thought he’d have people for that, but it’s all him. He was more of a hitman to me than a boss. Nicole is a vice cop, undercover as a stripper. These two have great chemistry together and have one hot as hell night together, because she wants too, but she doesn’t find out any information about him or “the business”. I am normally ok with the no condom thing, but he only knew her as a stripper and went without a condom....that’s a lot of trust, even for me. The next day, she catches him in the basement of the club she works at with a crate...again, doesn’t he have people for that. Apparently, that was enough to have him arrested.

It then skips forward about 6 weeks to him in jail waiting for his trial. In which the “evidence” gets taken and so does her sister. He gets released and leaves with her, not any of his people, because he doesn’t have any. There was a good amount of action in the book and a bit of suspense in trying to figure out who is trying to set them up. I felt that it was all a little rushed, since this all happened within about 6 weeks and I am shocked the trial was so quick. But it was a safe read and they do have great chemistry. We get baby batter, a wedding and a baby bump....woo hoo.

This book had my attention from beginning to end. There was hot steamy sex and lots of action. In my opinion Alexis Abbott know how to write mafia characters that are likable. Alexis Abbott writes hot steamy sex, suspense and action very well. She also did a good job of making think one way about Misha, then having me change my mind, just to find I was right to begin with. So I applaud her for that. Nicole is smart, hardworking and trying to make her mark cleaning the streets of Las Vegas. When things go wrong Nicole and Misha have to depend on each other to make things right. There were times when I thought things were going to end well. In my opinion Alexis Abbott did a good job of keeping things under wraps of how they were going end. She did a pretty good job of wrapping things up. In my opinion if you are a Alexis Abbott fan she did not disappoint. My only complaint was I would have liked a little more action between Nicole, Misha and there fight with the police. I if you like mafia bad boys, action and suspense I would recommend. I received an ARC edition for my honest and voluntary review.

This is one Mafia story with twist, intrigue and many other surprises. This story is about Nicole and Misha. Nicole is an undercover cop trying to rid the city of crime and drugs while working as a dancer in a club most will not go in. Misha enters that club one night for business and runs some shady things from it. Misha can not get over the beauty of her and Nicole notices and finds him after her dance and one thing leads to another and she ends up going home with him! Misha is a dangerous man and in the Russian Mafia. He is a confident and sexy man you pay attention to. They have an incredible night and he thinks about her never having done it before about a woman he was with. Let’s say she gives him the shock of his life when she finds what he’s hiding and arrest him. Nicole should feel good about this but she has a hard time and while trying to figure out some things for her case a very personal matter makes it’s way into this arrest. This unexpected meeting of these two can either bring them each down individually or can they work together to find the answers need to solve their problems. Vegas Boss seemed very short to me, as it was exciting cover to cover, so I was shocked when I saw how many pages it actually was. It's a super suspense filled story that kept me on the edge of my seat with heart pounding, so I devoured it in a matter of hours. Misha is high in the Russian Bratva, when he meets 'Misti' aka Nicole Burns, while she's working an undercover case, posing as a stripper. They had instant chemistry that wouldn't be denied, which led to serious sexy times that lit the sheets up, and will leave no panties standing. On top of wildfire temperature of sexy goodness, there were twists around every corner, as it seemed like someone was after Misha, with Nicole in the crossfire. So my f-bomb dropping skills were strong, as that's all I could say as the crap hit the fan! I really love Alexis Abbott's talented writing style, as it drew me in from the beginning, especially since it started out with a bang, & never slowed down. I CANNOT WAIT to read more of her mouthwatering romantic suspense, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terrific Read


I recently became a big fan of this author when I read Abducted - I also realized I love the thriller genre. I was thrilled when I saw this book was out and I enjoyed every page. This story is about Misha and Nicole. He is the mob boss in Las Vegas, but dabbles in killing as well - he’s a hit an who also happens to be a mob boss. Nicole is a vice cop, undercover as a stripper. When this pair comes together their chemistry is intense and immediate. They have a one nighter wand Nicole really knows nothing about Misha and he thinks she’s a stripper. as a stripper. The next day she has when she catches him in the basement, she has him arrested. The story moves ahead, Misha is waiting for his trial in jail but evidence is suddenly missing and the story takes off from there - there is lots of twists and surprises. Suspenseful, compelling, a good read.i voluntarily read and reviewed this book and liked it enough to also purchase.

Alexis Abbott is an excellent writer and one of my favorite authors. She has written a another captivating story that I was unable to put down. This intriguing story involves Nicole a beautiful vice cop working undercover as a stripper and Misha a handsome Russian mob boss/hit man. When Misha sees Nicole stripping at the club he is mesmerized by her. They meet and the chemistry is explosive which very quickly leads to a one night stand. The very next day Nicole is arresting Misha. While he is awaiting trial a serious problem arises that only Misha can help Nicole with. This well-written, fast-paced story has a great mix of drama, suspense, action, passion and romance. Compelling story! Fascinating characters! A must read!

Nobody does the "sexy Russian alpha male" like Alexis Abbott!!!!! Her very talented writing will make you swoon every time and maybe influence you enough to move to Russia.... I always love every book that i get from this author but i have to say that Misha and Nicole are my favorite couple to date!!!!! Well written with a passionate, a little crazy and interesting story, main characters that are charismatic, hot, funny and who have a sizzling chemistry, "Vegas Boss" is an extremely entertaining book that will delight all those mafia/bodyguard/alpha male romance readers out there!!!! Perfect for a chilling night or just for a "butterfly" fix!!!!!

Misha is the Vegas mob boss who prefers to do who his own dirty work which is how he came to be in the club. He is distracted by a beautiful dancer so once he completes his mission he not only arranges for a lap dance but they end up spending a steamy evening together.

Nicole is a posing as a stripper while she works undercover at the club. Although their night did not supply her with the information required she manages to catch him in a compromising position which leads to his arrest.

When danger surrounds them will they be able to work together to find out who is behind it and to keep the ones they love safe?

Nicole is an undercover cop who is working as a stripper to try and infiltrate the Russian mafia. Misha is a mob boss in Vegas, and goes into the club on business. There is an intense chemistry between these two, and when Nicole ends up arresting Misha, things take an interesting and surprising turn. No spoilers though; this is a must read in my opinion, you will not be disappointed! This is a wonderful story which is well written and flows seamlessly, and is action packed, with twists, excitement, suspense, surprises, and love. This talented author always gives her all to her characters, and this one is certainly no different. I was hooked and captivated throughout, and I highly recommend this authors’ work for all readers.

This fast-paced story is about Bratva boss Misha and vice officer Nicole. Nicole is undercover as a stripper when she meets Misha. They instantly connect, and with everything that follows, they remain connected. I enjoyed the storyline, and I loved the characters more. Misha remains cool & collected no matter what. He is protective of Nicole when she is undercover, and admires her more when he finds out she is a cop. Nicole doesn’t have any moral hang ups-she wants Misha and she doesn't fight it. They fit perfectly, and that's good because at one point, their lives depend on their unfailing trust in each other. My new favourite book couple!

I’ve come to love reading books in this category and this book was no different. The storyline was filled with intrigue, excitement, action, suspense, and romance. I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish, and it flowed well although it did all happen in a short amount of time. Our two main characters were an interesting pair, as you couldn’t really get two people more different, but they do say opposites attract and in this case they did. But it worked well. A really great read. A copy was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book with my honest opinion.

Vegas Boss is 4.5 stars of bingeworthy goodness.
This book is an excellent addition to Alexis Abbott's catalogue.
It's got suspense, betrayal, heartbreak and a white hot chemistry between Micha and Nicole that will have you fanning yourself to cool down.
The storyline was very addictive and hooks you in from the start.
It was so good I binge on it in an afternoon as there was no way I could stop reading it before I read the ending.
Micha and Nicole were total opposites one a vice cop the other in the Bratva.
Their world's couldn't have been further apart if they had tried but they just clicked,the chemistry and the love these two had for each other was electrifying raw passion.
They shouldn't have worked together but they did and they fit together perfectly.
I absolutely loved this book and I highly recommend you one click it as soon as you can.

Another fantastic read by Alexis never disappoints her readers.

Vegas boss is about a mob boss Misha and Nicole is a vice cop undercover as a stripper.

They meet they have instant have a connection pure heat, one night they have is hot and streamy, Nicole bust him the next day, when misha gets out of jail he is going after Nicole and he is going to make her his.

Without giving to much away Vegas boss is a must read.

Nicole and Misha had intense sexual chemistry from the moment they set eyes on each other and there wasn't anything that would keep them apart! I didn't want this story to end!!!

Vegas Boss by Alexis Abbott is another great read from this author. She is one of the best at mafia romance. Misha the head of the Russian Mafia and Nicole and undercover cop’s story has it all, betrayal, lies, running for their lives and of course love. I loved this book and highly recommend it!

This is an excellent, well-written, story that was a pure pleasure to read and one I would have no hesitation in recommending.

From the moment Nicole and Misha first lay eyes on each other, it is as if Fate has somehow brought them together at a crucial turning point in their lives. To say they were from different worlds is an understatement, but soon they become inexplicably entwined pawns in someone else’s game. Misha is a second generation Russian in Las Vegas; every hit is planned and he didn’t make mistakes. Tonight Misha would be sending a message, but he overhears some unexpected news; information that might affect his position as pakhan. But Misha didn’t make it to the top by wasting time; he got there by being the best and would never let his rivals get the better of him. Thrilling, action-packed and sexy….4.5 stars!

I admit when I read the first chapter as we are introduced to Misha, I was settling in for a classic Alexis Abbott mobster story. So far, really good. By the second chapter, I was frowning at having to read about a money-grabbing stripper bent on hitting the best targets for her lap dances. Oh please, no!

But then. BAM!….Alexis hits me with a twist on the whole scenario, and I’m absolutely loving it. My girl, Misty, is really Nicole Burns. She’s a dedicated undercover cop on the Las Vegas Vice Squad. She’s feisty, single-minded, smart and super sexy. And, on a mission to take down a suspected mafia kingpin. Only problem is, when she meets Misha Chaykovsky, her libido goes haywire. As Misty, the stripper, she can’t resist Misha’s smooth seduction. But as Nicole, the cop, can she afford to put her body in the line of duty and get her man?

From there, the story takes a myriad of twists and turns and non-stop raw action. The plot drives on as Misha and Nicole realize they are pawns in someone else’s game. In their escape to survive being killed, Nicole delves into her colorful past. This part of the story is awesome and I could not put the book down as Nicole and Misha run for their lives as mobsters are sent on the trail.

Vegas Boss is everything I expected and it is a winner. This is one fantastic story that is sexy, packed with action, and suspenseful. I loved Misha who is one sexy Russian assassin and Nicole who can’t believe she’s fallen hard for him. I loved it! I received and voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Known for writing Mafia romances, Alexis Abbot doesn’t disappoint with her latest book, Vegas Boss. Misha is this sexy mafia boss who has his sights set on Nicole, his beautiful, feisty arresting officer. Soon they become entangled in a plot that could kill them, strengthening their bond and intensifying their connection. While the beginning moved a bit fast and I didn’t really care for the backtracking in the first couple of chapters before the two characters came together, the book was still really good regardless. The story kept me entertained the entire time and had me trying to figure out who the villain was.

I loved the chemistry between the two main characters. Alexis did an amazing job maintaining both characters sense of control and independence. Not once did I feel like they weren’t real or relatable. Even the reluctance and then acceptance shown by Nicole at Misha’s killing and ways stayed true to who she really was and made her character believable.

Another thing I really enjoyed was how complex each of the characters were. Misha seems like a cold hearted killer, but when it comes to Nicole, he displays emotions and feelings that normally aren’t there. Nicole, is straight laced yet she does questionable things and has ties to a brothel. Their lives and pasts are so real that they add to the realness of the characters and their believability. Overall, this was a good read! If you love mafia romances and HEA’s this is the perfect book for you!
