The author did a great job explaining the features of the Crock Pot Express.
I liked the format of the recipes and the instructions seem easy to follow. The soup recipes sounded really good to me. I’m looking forward to trying the Apple-Pear Crisp and the Black ‘n Blue Cobbler recipes.

More than half the recipes in this book are meant to be slow cooked. Whenever I found a recipe that looked good, a closer look revealed that the meal was to be slop-cooked, completely defeating the purpose of the Crockpot Express.
