Read for a good, honest, review.
*The following review was written by my 10 year old son...*
This book really helped me get out of my slump, from a mental, and physical standpoint. I would recommend this book to anyone that plays baseball or softball, and all types of hitters. This really addresses the mental half of hitting that I never really thought of before. Slump or no slump, this is a great book for all players! Covering things like ways to gain confidence at the plate, different tee types that will help your swing, and (my favorite) umpires. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to improve their game.

One of the better books on baseball

This book is something every high school coach and player should read. I've read tons of books on baseball and this is the best when hitting on all phases of hitting.
