Agreement of Being Gay for 30 Days
F University’s two most attractive men, Wang Guangning and Zhang Lingyi, always competed with each other regardless in what respect.
From appearance to talent, from popularity and even to the number of abdominal muscles, they always contested with each other. Even the woman they pursued was the same.
Yet, these two xiao cao¹ who had self-proclaimed themselves as peerless in the aspect of love, were completely rejected by the same woman.
Hence, they decided to retaliate against society by becoming gay.
Through the method of tossing a coin, the two youths determined who would be the gong², and who would be the shou². Setting an agreement to be gay together for thirty days, they were very professional by even following the《30 Things Couples Must Do Together》downloaded from online and thus prepared to follow the standard procedures to being gay for their first time.

Watching a movie together…Hey, shou shou, when you see a frightening scene remember to lean on my shoulder, alright?
Warming their hands together in the same pocket…Hey, don’t wear that large military jacket outside, it’s really embarrassing!

This was such a good story with some angst, cute moments, fluff and there were even some NSFW moments. Wang Guangning and Zhang Lingyi are on par in the looks department and in intelligence(success,etc) and are the most handsome guys in their university. This is where their rivalry stems from because both are considered #1 handsome guys but opinion is split as who actually gets the title. Things come to head when they end up liking the same girl. Unfortunately they find out something about said girl and the two hatch a plan to get back at society by pretending to be gay and so they enter into a fake relationship for 30 days.
I really loved seeing their relationship gradually change from hating each other to working for a common goal to unrequited love/love. This was a really short novel but well paced. Zhang Lingyi had a cute/fake arrogant fun personality and it meshed well with Wang Guangning more domineering/confident serious personality. They were both likable in their own way and together they were such fun. There was a sad angsty moment but it ended on a happy note. I wished it had been longer.

This was SUPER FUN!!!
The story is about the two most gorgeous and narcissistic boys of the uni that hate each other and compete for everything.
After being publicly neglected by the prettiest university's girl they decided to fale to be gay for 30 days as revenge to the universe(?) and also so the people could think they were not seriously in that girl.(their pride...-_-)
This part is sooooo funny! They download a list from internet of things a couple would do together and make one of them everyday for that month faking to be together.
The last part of the book is a little more profound that expected but really beautiful! Loved the characters so much!!!

pros: the mcs are fun to read about and have a nice dynamic, the start of the novel is very funny with their agreement and fun to read while the later part after the time jump has a bit more mature vibe, confrontation with the subject of homophobia/homosexuality in a nice way, good balance between a bit of angst, fluff and humour, good pacing
cons: the shoushou thing was something i had to get used to at first n didnt like til the end tbh, there’s one sentence that feels racistt (saying someone is acting poor by asking if they’re from an african country)

It's funny and hilarious and yet sweet at times, the characters are likeable and interesting, the plot is absurd but if u don't question it and just accept it, it's not bad?
But it doesn't have much substance and the conflict resolved far too quickly, so I felt like the later 1/3rd of the novel was too fast?
If u are looking for a light reading go for it. I enjoyed it and I wil perhaps recommend it to ppl who read danmei or bl web novels but not to regular novel readers.

É uma novel curta, ok. Esperava mais, ela estava indo realmente bem na parte em que eles estavam na faculdade, mas a passagem de tempo de 4 anos me desanimou um pouco para o casal, eu não me importava tanto mais. Além disso faltou enredo, nada acontecia e o que acontecia era chocho e sem graça. A novel não é ruim, só não é boa.

Rating: 3.5/5- I really enjoyed this. It’s not the greatest story out there but it is very enjoyable and worth the read.
It wasn’t overly complicated and both characters were appealing.
Personally wished the angst could have been more drawn out, but I’m weird like that.

Quite enjoy reading this easy piece. The drama is so tame that you wont even feel it much. The MC and ML super devoted to one another despite it all.

Siendo sincera, siento que esté libro no es tanto mi tipo de lectura. Me aburrió, hasta la mitad es donde lo sentí "interesante" y no conecté con la historia ni con los personajes. No tiene tanta trama, sólo son ellos peleando por quién es la "mujer" de la relación o el "más guapo" mientras descubren sus sentimientos
Sí tiene sus escenas "lindas" pero no sé, me dieron igual y me aburrieron xjndxk
