Nick became a scientist so that he could build starships. Unfortunately, his ship is taking longer to build than he'd hoped, so fictional starships will have to do for now. When he's not adding to his starship collection, you can find him tweeting and facebooking about Nasa, science, space, SciFi, and quoting Star Trek II.

He lives in Alabama with his wife, 2 kids, and 3 motorcycles.

It's a combination - about 53% as short stories and the rest as excerpts of books, I read the shorts and skipped the excerpts.

The shorts varied in style and were entertaining.

Loved the short stories. Definitely want to read the book about the masks. Didn't read the excerpts because I can't stand committing to a partial story, especially if I'm really getting in to it.

Excellent short stories and novels. Great characters and writing. Not all was SF.

This is basically a sampler.

Nick Webb is a good writer and the stories flow smoothly. On the downside, they are pretty formulaic. However, for those interested in light reading and space opera, these are nice stories, and some of the books may turn out worth picking up, too.
