With this book, I wanted to delve into the world of Astrology after being fascinated with it for years. So, what better way than delving into my own star sign: Aquarius.
With this book, it was broken into various categories such as: being true to your sign, shadow side, love, sex, relationships, growth, job opportunities and self-image. These categories posed some or little interest to me as others grasped me from the first line. Self-image and relationship partially cleared up some behaviours that I had posed as a flaw and explained in depth how to alter these behavioural characteristics without straying away from my true Aquarian nature alongside life-changing advice in bite-sized pieces.
However, although this was a pocketbook guide to the star sign Aquarius, I couldn't help but feel like this book was almost rushed in some categories that would last just a few pages but still be classed as a chapter when it could have been small enough to fit into the Q&A portion of the book or even the introduction. Despite this, with it being a pocketbook this is a great way to excite the mind on the world of star signs and astrology as an introduction, dipping the toes into the subject it's self; allowing the reader to consume similar books to yearn to learn more.
I would definitely recommend this book to anyone curious about their own star sign in general in bite-sized pieces rather than look at a BuzzFeed article. Especially those who wish to learn more.
An indepth, yet succinct exploration of this star sign, for those who have either a passing or keen interest in astrology. I found the information to be well presented and easily digestible. I will search for all the others in this series.
