I bookmarked at least 25% of the chapters in this book as new, innovative, or revealing concepts in the world of web-writing and rhetoric. I was deeply impressed with some of the ways pedagogues used Wikipedia as both an authoring tool and a social-construction tool for exposing the under-representation of minorities in the Wikiverse (largely as a result of their insistence on all sources being popular citations, which is a reflexive exercise of the popular-reinforcing-the-popular, or perhaps, of history books reprinting history books instead of researching new history books). There were some interesting approaches in here.
