Sasha Ingram is the owner of Perk, Otter Creek's coffee shop. She has had her eyes on the handsome Cade Ramsey since he arrived in Otter Creek. She has done everything she can think of to get the man's attention but to no avail. He never stays in her shop long enough to say more than two words to her.

Cade Ramsey has faced down insurgents, built and defused bombs as his teams EOD man. But when it comes to talking to the beautiful coffee shop owner, he gets all tongue-tied. He's had his eye on Sasha since he arrived in town and it's time to man up and finally ask her out.

Before he gets the opportunity to ask her out, Cade and Bravo team are called out on a hostage situation. The hostage? Sasha. Cade needs to put his feelings behind him so he can rescue her from whoever took her. Once she's safe he'll do everything in his power to make sure Sasha gives him a chance to win her heart.

Little do Cade and his team members know that this is just the beginning of their problems. Someone is targeting both Bravo and Durango. They're going after the people they love trying to make them vulnerable. The Fortress Security teams will need to band together to bring down the enemy and make their families safe again.

Along the way, Sasha and Cade realize that there's something between them and they both will do whatever it takes to give them the HEA that they both have longed for.

I really enjoyed Sasha and Cade's story. This was a face paced book both in action and romance. Sasha and Cade really balanced each other out. She has spunk and goes after what she wants. He is definitely an alpha male who will protect the woman he loves no matter the cost. This is a fun addition to the Otter Creek series.

This was actually the first book I ever read by Ms. Deel... yes it's book 11 but I didn't feel lost at all. By the end of the book I was intrigued about the other characters and their stories. So I grabbed book 1 and the rest is history! I'm looking forward to more books by her!

And of course we can't forget my casting! What do you guys think?

Romantic Suspense!

This book combines two of my favorite elements in a story- a clean romance and action/adventure/suspense. The story starts you right off on the edge of your seat, and keeps you turning pages til the end.

I really loved our two main characters- Sasha has grit and fights for what she wants, yet is kind and sweet to friends and those around her. Cade made the perfect swoon-worthy hero! I loved getting inside his head and the strict security measures he takes in order to protect Sasha and those he cares about. I liked that there weren’t tons of misunderstandings or added drama about their romance- it was perfect for this story and combined with the suspense it made a great romance. I also enjoyed Matt, Cade’s best friend and team member. I’m hoping we get to see a story about him in the future.

4.5 Stars for this book, and I would have given it 5 stars but there were small moments where I felt more detail was needed to round out the characters- small descriptions and or facial expressions would have given more depth to the story as a whole. Still a fantastic read though, and as it's my first by this author, I'm delighted to find there are a lot more for me to read.

I loved it and can't wait to read more in this series!

Bravo Team's EOD expert Cade Ramsey and Sasha Ingram, the owner of Perk Coffee shop have danced around their attraction for each other for months. After Sasha is kidnapped during a bank robbery and Bravo Team is dispatched to help in her rescue, they decide it is time to stop dancing around and see where a relationship might lead. But the kidnapping is just the beginning of the trouble that has found Cade and Sasha. Now it is a race against time to figure out who is targeting them.

Great faced paced read. I love Rebecca Deel's books and this one didn't disappoint. Deel's heroes are always strong alpha men who love fiercely and her heroines are women with strength to love the men that help keep the world safe.

So goooooood!

Loved it! Black Dog never stood a chance! Sasha was a great character to see get a story and I am so happy about the way things ended. I was really in the mood for a pick me up and Otter Creek never fails. Thank you Rebecca for a nice break and a great adventure. I do believe those who left PSI voluntarily or were tossed out should not be allowed back. You could never really trust them not to be quitters again. Just my personal side bar. Bravo Write on! Can't wait for Matt and Delilah! Gotta know what is up there.

The almost constant flaw in the romance of stories this author writes is that it happends so quickly, aka insta-love. There's not enough build up and getting to know the "would be couple" before all of these intense feelings start.
The repetitive discussions about whether or not Sasha was sure she wanted to be with Cade, because of his job was annoying. The " I love you. Let's get married." was cheesy, as well as some other declarations of love, just very eye rolling and basic. Sasha was too perfect in a way. Super accommodating without any hesitation, no questions or different opinions/feelings to anything concerning Cade, not about his job or methods or threats. She was always 100% for anything Cade and that wasn't realistic. Them not piecing together who the bad guy was until way later in the book was eye rolling and unbelievable.

I absolutely love this story and the entire series is Outstanding .
Sasha Ingram owns the Perk coffee shop .While depositing the shops money for the day the bank is being robbed . Sasha is taken hostage .
The Otter police chief calls in team Bravo to assist rescuing Sasha . Cade Ramsey and his team rescue Sasha the woman Cade's been trying to get the courage to ask out for quite sometime . They soon realize there is more going on than just a robbery and Cade and Sasha are still in great danger during all this they find they both have strong feelings for each other . They want a life together if they can survive long enough . This story is action packed and suspenseful and romantic all rolled together . I highly recommend reading .

I regret reading this book. It starts out OK, the writing is adequate, but it’s mediocre throughout. The pacing is wacky, with Sasha and Cade becoming serious too quickly based on nothing. They are boring together, and their interactions are stilted.
The ending is abrupt with a lot seeming unfinished.

I like the teams, and some of the other characters are interesting, as is the plot, generally. But again, things are too disjointed, and I had to slog through once I decided to finish. The resolution is anticlimactic, so much so that I forgot it was done.

I can’t believe there are 10 other books before this one in this series. No more for me.

Cause & Sasha

Finally! I've been waiting for this one for a long time! And it was well worth the wait! There was plenty of action, a dash of mystery, all the PSI people, and also a surprise for Durango. No spoilers but you'll love this one. Great book! Another one for my re-read list.

Fantastic as always! I just adored Cade and Sasha, and they have a great romance. There was a good amount of action and suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat. Ivy and Alex are my favorite couple of the series so I love their brief scenes! This book also introduced some new characters, and I can't wait for Matt's story!

GREAT SUSPENSE AND DRAMA

What amazing characters. Strong alpha males and women all contributing emotional involvement making it easy for a reader to become totally involved in the storyline. This book is filled with emotional ups and downs and has the intensity to make a reader addicted.

Best series!

Love this series - each book zeros in on a different couple but includes characters from previous books. I love the fact that these men and women know what (or who) they want and don’t waste time getting it and I love the way these men protect not only their own families but their teammates families too. Hope the series continues on.

No Regrets (Otter Creek#11)

Hate and vengeance coupled with deceit and jealousy imperil both a young woman and the man she admired and wants. betrayal, danger, pain ends in mostly happy ending for our couple...and justice for the villains.

Loved it

I loved this book and the series. I enjoyed the fact that he had trouble talking to her for months and then loved taking to her once he started. I love that there was humor in the book and intrigue and of course love. It was clean and not preachy and perfect!

Wording

I intensely dislike the word "bro", but dislike it even more when a woman is saying it. Can't she say brother, or even his name. Makes me feel like I am reading a gang related book.

Has Cade missed his chance?

Fast paced, high energy, starts with a bang and doesn't slow down until the final page.
Cade and Sasha have been dancing around each other for months but when she is taken hostage it makes them realise just how short life can be!
When they are both repeatedly targeted they need to work together and work fast to find the threat - who is far closer to home than anyone could imagine. Can Cade keep Sasha safe and convince her of his love at the same time?
This series is an amazing read anyway but I have read them all on Kindle Unlimited which makes them a total bargin!
