Very informative, with pictures explaining each exercise. For me personally I come from an athletic background and have been in Karate since the first grade (almost 20 years) the book didn't give me the help I needed, I knew most of the exercises. However, It did help me to figure out a workout routine and how to better my HR and how the right way of working out regarding the muscles.
